Last months service on my King Ranch can only be described as a scene from Ferris Buelers Day Off... Poor experience on warranty work with damage done to vehicle. After it was kept a week I was asked to pick it up pending arrival of additional parts (reason for service had still not been repaired). When I picked up the vehicle, it had been struck on the front bumper. Multiple test drives wasted a 1/4 gallon of diesel. I had oil all over the front dash, floor mats, carpet, exterior paint, and front and rear king ranch leather seats! The exterior of the truck was completely covered in metal grinding shavings from whatever repair most likely had been done in the bay next to it. After repeatedly attempting to contact the GM, service manager, and shop forman, I finally received a call back from the GM (never even received a call from the service or shop mgrs). I checked the GPS and fordpass stats to see the truck had been taken to the next town over, the turbo PSI had been maxed out, and they were averaging less than 11mpg horse beating the xxxx out of my 83k truck. To date no one can explain what the front bumper impact occurred from. Had to file a police report to make sure the truck wasn't involved in a hit/run while out on the road. Ive done business with Chalmers for years and this was highly unexpected. Even worse was the lack of response. More

Just bought our 4th car from Don Chalmers Ford. We have come to expect the highest level of service and courtesy from all individuals. My desire for a particular color of car with all the safety features come to expect the highest level of service and courtesy from all individuals. My desire for a particular color of car with all the safety features my husband wanted for me made the search a challenge. Ken kept on the search and together we found just the perfect car for me. John make taking the car home so easy finding the lowest percentage rate for us. Couldn't ask for more but there is more. Over the years we have dealt with many fine individuals who represent the highest quality in service and courtesy. It is a further ride to return to Chalmers but we always know we will receive quality work and helpful information in caring for our cars. I might add that I just sold my previous Ford 500 after 16 years! It sold in 30 minutes due to the great condition it was in That speaks volumes for the service that it received. I had other options in purchasing a new car but for me, it is Don Chalmers all the way!! More
This place is a "Rip Off". They did not give me the buyers statement until weeks after I paid cash and took delivery of the vehicle. Since I moved to NM in the early 1990s, I have seen and bought several cars from Chalmers Ford. They are always considerate of what I have wanted in my new car and have delivered each time. I will avoid Don Chamlers Ford moving forward. Took my truck in to have it's high pressure fuel pump replaced, along with vaccum lines and in the process they completely messed up my AC system, and also d truck in to have it's high pressure fuel pump replaced, along with vaccum lines and in the process they completely messed up my AC system, and also did not replace the vacuum lines that I paid for. They actually missed bolting the cab bolts onto the frame of the truck which could have led to a very unfortunate and life threatening issue. After speaking with their leadership team they fully back the poor craftsmanship of their staff and claim ZERO ownership of the issues caused. With the exception of their GM my attempts to have them reconsider were met with nothing but a total tone of indifference. This is NOT what the FORD experience should be. More
I have had the opportunity to have my 2018 Ford focus worked on at Chalmers Ford, and on both occasions Trent has been my service advisor. He has done an outstanding job as a service advisor, and I will worked on at Chalmers Ford, and on both occasions Trent has been my service advisor.
