If I could give the service department Zero stars I would have. The had my truck over 3 months for extended warranty work. After the 1st month and a half the called and told me it was finished. When I went to pick it up it had the same issue as I took it ibn for. I didn't even take it out of their shop. They charged my warranty company $2,600+ this 1st time plus I had to pay $280 out of my pocket to get the truck released. They took it back in and had it another month and a half and charged my warranty company what looks to be $4k+ again. I also had some stuff behind the front seat that was missing. I didn't notice it right away but once I did I thought I might have left it at my mountain cabin. I went down there last weekend and it wasn't there. Someone had also rifled through a container I keep basic tools in. I guess this is my fault for leaving stuff in the truck. Don is probably rolling over in his grave with the quality of the service department. Everything was awesome when he was alive. I emailed the mane manager twice and left him a voicemail but not once has he returned any communication. I have spoken with others that won't take their vehicles their and take them to a competing Ford dealership. More

In March 2021 I purchased a used f350 from Don Chalmers Ford and my sales person John Fife who provided me with a very smooth transaction from start to finish. I felt non pressured to purchase a vehicle unlike a local dealership I went to earlier in the day. At that dealership when I walked in the door I felt like a fly that just got stuck to fly paper. It was though I was trapped and unable to leave without purchasing a vehicle. My experience with Chalmers was much much better and I felt comfortable being there. My sales person John Fife was as easy going as it comes and made sure my new truck was just what "I" wanted and not what they wanted me to buy. In business you try but can't please everyone no mater who they are or who you are, BUT I was sure pleased with my experience and will not hesitate to return to Chalmers for my next vehicle purchase. Last months service on my King Ranch can only be described as a scene from Ferris Buelers Day Off... Poor experience on warranty work with damage done to vehicle. I took my new truck in for warr described as a scene from Ferris Buelers Day Off... Poor experience on warranty work with damage done to vehicle. I took my new truck in for warranty work. After it was kept a week I was asked to pick it up pending arrival of additional parts (reason for service had still not been repaired). When I picked up the vehicle, it had been struck on the front bumper. Multiple test drives wasted a 1/4 gallon of diesel. I had oil all over the front dash, floor mats, carpet, exterior paint, and front and rear king ranch leather seats! The exterior of the truck was completely covered in metal grinding shavings from whatever repair most likely had been done in the bay next to it. After repeatedly attempting to contact the GM, service manager, and shop forman, I finally received a call back from the GM (never even received a call from the service or shop mgrs). I checked the GPS and fordpass stats to see the truck had been taken to the next town over, the turbo PSI had been maxed out, and they were averaging less than 11mpg horse beating the xxxx out of my 83k truck. To date no one can explain what the front bumper impact occurred from. Had to file a police report to make sure the truck wasn't involved in a hit/run while out on the road. Ive done business with Chalmers for years and this was highly unexpected. Even worse was the lack of response. More
