I did shop around at several major Ford dealerships. To make a very long story short I will summerize this, One dealer was bad mouthing another dealer, which was their parent company, should be ashamed and make a very long story short I will summerize this, One dealer was bad mouthing another dealer, which was their parent company, should be ashamed and fired. The other dealer, parent company to the sales person who was bad mouthing them, well they seemed to be on the up and up and even concerned with me. They did not have the truck I wanted and told me they could get it. So we spent the next four plus hours on that truck. I left with them telling me they would secure financing and get back to me. Several days passed. They called told me they needed a few more days. I was ok with that. After a few more days I called them and said let me stop in and get a buyers agreement and I will get the funding from my credit union, I wanted to get the truck now. They told me ok. I stopped in and got the papers. I got to my office and looked them over before I was going to fax to my credit union. Well guess what they switched trucks on me. Not even close to the truck we spent all the time on in the dealership. When I called them they started making lies up on the phone. How do I know because they first told me they could not get that truck any more. I googled the VIN and found it. I called that dealer and they said yes it is on the lot and still for sale. When I called back to the lying dealership they told me oh well we can not get to those number on that truck but the demo they could. It goes on and on and on. I sent an email to the dealership of the truck I wanted and told them what happen. He told me that was horrible and that he will give me a great deal on that truck I wanted. He sent me over the numbers. I wanted it to be the internet price which was 2,000.00 less he told me he had it discounted by the 2,000.00 and per the state of New Mexico had to write it up this way. We spoke for the rest of the day and I decided I was going to stop at Don Chalmers on the way home from work. I stopped there the first time and they were closed it was Sunday, but I looked on the lot and they had two trucks I wanted. That same day I went to the other major dealerships and got caught up in all their lies. Long Story short It makes a huge difference to shop around and see hoe the different Ford dealers treat you as a human and not just another sale. Don Chalmers is the BEST dealership for honesty and outstanding customer service. More

I was satisifed with the performance of the vehical and decided to purchase one. I told peter that I wanted a Limited with a light colored interior, that reduced my choices considerably. I hindsight I should have waited, but under pressure from Peter I made my choice and am very happy I did so. All that was left was the paperwork and Jackie Sidden took time to explain everythig, in detail, that was involved with my pruchase and the bank loan I was getting from my credit union. More
