They are fast, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. The prices are excellent and well worth what I get - personalized service in a nice atmosphere, performed quickly. The one time they were not able to finish my repair during the same visit, they loaned me a little car to get back and forth to work. Another time, they allowed me to take my vehicle, leave my ticket open, and return at a later time (a day or two later) and get the new tires installed that I wanted. I can't say enough great things about Johnny and Justin. They are my two favorite guys!! More

I myself have been in the business of customer service for over 18 years and have always believed that customers should NEVER be an inconvenience. No matter what, always take care of them! Patrick was a true example of how to take care of people. He was very helpful and went out of his way to really WOW us! His detail in listening to our needs instead of "telling" us what he could do, is truly what made the difference. That evening when my husband and I decided to purchase our "first" Ford, we walked in the dealership door 30 minutes before closing and the team at Don Chalmers went out of their way to get us in our new car that night, without hesitation! I am a U.S. Army Reservist, just returning from a deployment in SW Asia, in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. I have been dealing with Don Chalmers for five years. (since I moved here from South Florida.) This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased from them.
