Quick Lane technicans keep my Ranger running smoothly like Dad's lumber trucks. I can tell the Tech's are really competent. 3) I like the frienldy atmosphere that I am greeted with by Marcos, James and others. 4) I cherish my friendship with Greg Chalmers. My experience was great. I called before I came in, Justin Heck was professional and courteous. I was planning a big memorial day camping trip, i noticed that my truck was leaking some type of fluid. I called in to Don Weber servive writer Monday morning he called me back first thing 7am. Took my car in for a problem with the gas guage. Replaced both sending units in the gas tank. Unfortunately that did not fix the problem. Brought my car back and they ran a lot of diagnostic tests to troubleshoot the problem. They also talked to Ford engineering about the problem. Sending units checked out fine. They decided to keep the car until the problem was solved. Luckily they were able to give me a loaner vehicle. Kept troubleshooting error and found problem with the instruments cluster. Ordered part and installed cluster. Everything seems to work fine. Glad they worked so hard to track down the problem. More
We arrived at 7:15 AM, with no appointment, but had received a recall letter the day before and thought we might as well stop by to see if they could work us in. Jason Jantz met us as we drove in and received a recall letter the day before and thought we might as well stop by to see if they could work us in. Jason Jantz met us as we drove in and said of course, they could work us in and he would have us finished and out in about an hour. Fifty eight minutes later, we were on our way, work completed. Mr. Jantz always makes us feel as though we are the most important customers! No doubt he treats all customers the same, but he makes us feel special. We highly recommend Don Chalmers' Ford, and Jason Jantz in their service department. He especially keeps us going back for all service on our 2011 Ford 250. More
I bought my truck at Don chalmers new in 2007 and I have enjoyed it although I have had some trouble with the front hubs and while on a trip to Denver I got the extended warranty and the dealership there go enjoyed it although I have had some trouble with the front hubs and while on a trip to Denver I got the extended warranty and the dealership there got me in fast and replaced them without any problems fast and friendly. About a year later they acted up again and Don Chalmers serviced them replacing the front Right hub and the vacuum tubes to the hub, again fast and friendly. I recently had a door lock problem with the VSM and Don Chalmers diagnosed it and determined it was not getting power, Diane Treat made a a call and got the work covered under my warranty which is exactly what I needed since I am currently not working. This is exactly the kind of customer service I expect and deserve. I greatly appreciate it and this is the reason I keep coming back to ford. I have been a Ford owner all my life as well as my parents and Don Chalmers has continued to meet my needs Thanks for that. Richard Baker More
