Don Chalmers ford is an excellent dealership I would highly recommend. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Greg Chalmers and the service is always excellent. Michelle worked very hard in securing the 2004 Honda Civic for the price originally agreed upon and accommodated me with airport pickup. Michell and Jason were right there waiting for me when I brought my 2011 F-450 SD King Ranch in for some repairs and for new tires, I had set up the appointment ahead of time. The repairs involved work on electronics (Nav system and trip odometer), along with new rear tires. They provided us with a new loaner vehicle since the work would take about 2 days, Michell had the car ready for me when I arrived at Don Chalmers. Jason had everything ready for my repair work, the new tires were in stock and ready to be installed. Right on schedule the work was done, the pricing was discounted for both repairs and tires, and everything went as planned. Michell and Jason were very friendly, very helpful, and explained everything in detail. We have purchased our last 4 vehicles from Michell, we couldn't ask for a nicer person to work with, she remembers us each time we come into Don Chalmers Ford, and periodically calls us to say "Hi". She is absolutely fantastic and we are proud to call her our friend. Jason is always helpful and cheerful, a pleasure to work with in the service center. The technicians are very careful of our "big truck", always keep it clean and treat it with respect. To all of you - keep up the good work!! More

My father owned a lumber yard and all the lumber trucks were Fords (no synchromesh so I learned to double clutch when I was 12). Quick Lane technicans keep my Ranger running smoothly like Dad's lumber trucks. I can tell the Tech's are really competent. 3) I like the frienldy atmosphere that I am greeted with by Marcos, James and others. 4) I cherish my friendship with Greg Chalmers. My experience was great. I called before I came in, Justin Heck was professional and courteous. Other places would have had me sit there for that hour and a half waiting for them just to start working on my truck. The job was completed in a very timely manner and on my way. I was planning a big memorial day camping trip, i noticed that my truck was leaking some type of fluid. I called in to Don Weber servive writer Monday morning he called me back first thing 7am.
