My experience using the Quick Lane at Don Chalmers for was excellent because my Service Tech, John, was very thorough with explaining the maintenance performed on my Ford Escape. The prompt next day service we received at Don Chambers Ford by Mike Zeyen and the weekend team was incredible! Not only was Mike able to immediately locate the issue with the fan housing being broken he was able to secure the part and fix the problem the same day allowing us to leave on time for our trip. Outstanding service was exemplified by Don Chambers Ford and Mike Zeyen, he fully understood our needs and met them above and beyond what we could have asked for to ensured that we were able to leave as scheduled.
