He was very knowledgeable with the vehicle that we wanted. Since there was none available in the lot when we were looking for one he had our vehicle special ordered to Ford. We were very happy with the outcome . We had excellent service. The whole office staff know how to take care of there customers. From the reception desk until you exit the dealership everyone is excellent, friendly and courteous. Thank you John, Jackie, Aaron, Anthony, Mike and to those who we fail to mention. second opinion on repair I have been a customer for 15 years and trust Chalmers. I appreciate the employees who have treated us with respect and been honest in sales, service I have been a customer for 15 years and trust Chalmers. I appreciate the employees who have treated us with respect and been honest in sales, service, parts, repair, etc. As a new widow I needed a second opinion on reported transmission repair from Midas for my Mercury SUV. I trust Chalmers opinion and Mike Zeyen has been a long time friend. He did a complete review of service and repairs performed on my SUV, and my transmission is good. I saved $1300. God is so good to provide a place I can trust. I am happy to recommend Chalmers. More
1 week 2 major repairs Thought I had lost a tubro & had a pretty good idea that the exhaust filter was plugged. limped in to ABQ towing 5th wheel. The truck was purchased new(actually ordered ) from DC in 08 after a unhappy time from another dealer will I had previously ordered 3 new Ford Power Strokes over the years. When in ABQ the truck has always been serviced DC. I expect around a 8K estimate & told John that I would trade if that was the case. I waited for it to be checked out & was told the exhaust filter was plugged & a new would be around $2700.00 But they could probably manually regen. it & that would be appx $1000.00 OK I need a loaner there wasn't one available till next AM Return next AM to get loaner & John informs me they wasn't able to do manual regen.(tried twice) installed new filter drove it one day cleaning filter light is on came back reprogamed every thing OK ------ The NEXT DAY driving the truck make a noise like I had run over a bunch of sheet metal & jerked hard right & locked up had it tow to DC right wheel bearing looked up 2 wheel bearings & ,1 spindle , 2 rotors & appox. $1700.00 later I am on the road again. & you probably think I unhappy & I am BUT not at John or Don Chalmers it's because I had to spend my fun money to fix my truck. Seriously folks these people are top notch in my book I feel really lucky to have John Polkovitz as my service adviser all of my charges were actually under what he had estimated Thank you John you could easly make me buy a new truck then & I would of been forced to buy off of the lot & I hate that. But now that I am not in bind for a truck ,I think I might be ready to order a new one More

Rude, Unprofessional We were treated so rudely after we purchased our SUV a month ago that I am still in shock!!! I wrote the GM immediately to inform him of our experienc We were treated so rudely after we purchased our SUV a month ago that I am still in shock!!! I wrote the GM immediately to inform him of our experience and he NEVER RESPONDED!!!. We had a trade-in that we used as part of the deal which had been paid off for a couple of years but we were unaware that you have to have a "Release of Lien" letter to go with the title. It took two days to receive the Letter from the finance company and in those two days we received over 20 harassing phone calls demanding the letter. We tried explaining to the New Car Director (J.Storz) and he basically implied to my husband that we were trying to steal "HIS" vehicle all while yelling at my husband on the phone!!!! It's funny because we did not want to take the vehicle until everything was ok but the salesperson(Francisco Avitia and the Finance Manager (Allan Quezada) insisted that it would be ok. I find it interesting that this all happened especially since we were financed through our Credit Union and the SUV at that point belonged to the Credit Union and us! I'm so disgusted that I plan to continue sharing my experience!!!!!!! More
