I'm 50 years old, and I've bought my share of vehicles. This was the first time that the entire interaction, with everyone on the Chalmers team, exceeded my expectations. I recommend the dealership. My family generally rotates out one vehicle every two years...both times the Internet pricing was brushed aside as inaccurate information...and the sales staff treated us as delusional for wanting a vehicle at their published price. I will not use this dealer again, as a Ford family, we've found another dealer who stands by their pricing. More

Excellent Service My drivers side window just fell into the door as I was leaving home on Sunday. I called my Don Chalmers' service rep and left a voice mail. We scheduled an appointment but she advised it would be until Tuesday before they could fix my window. However, that Monday afternoon she called me to advise my vehicle was ready to pick up. Tom went over and above when I had to leave my vehicle overnight for some accessory installs, and gave me a beautiful loaner. Mike McCracken installed my accessories and followed up with the manufacturer incessantly until the manufacturer got it right. Alicia Treat actually came to my house to give me personalized instruction on the MyFord Touch/Sync system. My first 5000 mile checkup found my AC compressor wasn't putting out the right pressure, so they just ordered a new one and are installing it without question! Whenever I come into the dealership, they stop and spend time talking to me, remembering my name and details from prior conversations. These people are more like friends than business acquaintances! If you're thinking about getting a new vehicle, I don't think you can find a better place to get it from. --Joe Quinby More

Took care of issues This was the 3rd time in for the sun room. The first time it would not open. A repeat issue from a year ago. This time they replaced the whole sunr This was the 3rd time in for the sun room. The first time it would not open. A repeat issue from a year ago. This time they replaced the whole sunroof. The first time we opened it, two of the rubber molding strips fell off. They had to order the parts and finally the sunroof works. They stood behind their work and took care of the issues. We also had some other minor work taken care of. My main complaint is that they never seem to have parts, they have to order the parts and for insurance warranty work, it seems to take a long time to get a reply from the insurance company. We have purchased two new vehicles from them and have all our maintenance done with Chalmers. Overall we are very pleased with them and their work. More
