Wonderful car shopping/buying experience! We had terrible experiences with Roswell Ford, so we visited Don Chalmers after seeing the great reviews. We worked with Glenn Aldrich to find a 2016 Ford Fusion - we had specific requests for what we wanted and a very firm price point. Glenn was great! He found a few options for us, all well within our price point, and never pressured us to go higher in price etc. The guys in the sync area were also extremely helpful. They detailed the car really well and helped us to sync our phones to the tech system. The only complaint I have is that we had to wait 2.5 hours for a finance room to open - however, we were car shopping on a Saturday, so that is to be expected. It was still worth it to buy from Don Chalmers Ford, even with the wait. Highly recommend this dealership! More
