repairs toAxiom Isuzu We took the Axiom in because the sun roof would not close. First, Eric tried the simple fixes which regrettably did not work. He then sent it to the shop to try adjustments, again trying to get the simplest fix possible which would have saved me money. However, as I suspected from my own checks, the Sunroof brackets were bent which required replacement. The parts were ordered and when they came in we made an appointment for the replacement. While Eric expected the repair to be accomplished in one day it did take longer as the technician would not rush the job as he was unfamiliar with the 2002 vehicle and he wanted to make sure that it was done right. When the job was complete, Eric went over everything in detail and checked lit out with me. The best part was when the final bill came, it was less than the estimate. Thank you Eric and Don Chalmers Ford. More

We couldn't be happier with the sales & service people at Don Chalmers. We had never ordered a vehicle & had it built, so to be honest it was a little intimidating. That was before we met Tom. Tom guided us through the process & built us the exact 2016 Transit we needed. He was more concerned with what I needed & wanted then anything else. Extremely patient, I never felt pressured or rushed. We are probably a few years away from adding another vehicle to our company, but when we are ready we will be seeing Tom & the great people at Don Chalmers. More
Doing the Right Thing, Always. I recently had my 2009 Fusion in for an oil change and a terrible sqeaky noise while making turns. The next day I recieved a phone call from Janes tel I recently had my 2009 Fusion in for an oil change and a terrible sqeaky noise while making turns. The next day I recieved a phone call from Janes telling me what was wrong and what they needed to do to fix it. Right tire arm something, im surely saying this incorrectly. He did tell me that I didn't need to worry becuase the repair it was covered under warranty. Whew, I thought! Turns out, I had my Fusion in previosly for the same nosie which we all thought was "fixed". James recognized that it was not in fact "fixed" the other times. James took the time to research the issue, meet with his boss to advocate on his customers behalf, and his boss Chad not only believed in his employee, but always beleives in doing the right thing. I must tell you that my warranty expired in Nov. 2015. These gentlemen decided that the 'right thing to do" would be to cover the repair under warranty. I can't tell you how that made me feel. The doughnuts I delivered the next day don't come close to expressing my gratitude,loyalty and sincere thanks.. My husband and I have purchased 4 vehicles from Don Chamlers Ford, unless we leave the state I imagine Don Chalmers Ford will contiune to be the only place we do business. More
