Great experience My experience began 1 year ago when I purchased a car for my son at Don Chalmers and up to this date, there has been not one problem with his car. My salesperson was attentive to all my wants and needs and put me in a car I love. He checks on me to make sure all is great and I look forward to seeing him when I go for my oil changes. Glen made my experience better than I walked in feeling. He took the time to listen to what I needed and when something was available, contacted me and again I am very happy with all. He spends as much time as it takes to meet and exceed their needs. He took the time to check our other car and see what radio station we listen to and programmed the station on our new car. Who does that but an organization that values their customers and treats them like family. While we were there, we were given pizza and Jackie saw that we had no napkins and brought some to us. Who does that? Incredible example of excellent customer experience. Next we visited with John Navelli. He made sure we got the best extended warranty, maintenance, and gap insurance to assure that the incredible customer experience is continued the whole time we own our wonderful new car.
