Regular maintenance and fix trunk hood. Trent was thorough with the 60,000 mile maintenance of my 2013 Taurus. Great I received a letter from Ford indication my GPS card needed to be updated for $149.00 so I took it to Chalmers. I called the dealership and was told I should have the car towed.90 minutes later the car was on its way to your service center. That afternoon I got a call from Trent with a overview of the problem. He hoped it would be resolved by Wed afternoon. I was shocked when I received a call saying the car was ready. We proceeded to the dealership and was given a complete explanation of the problem and the solution. Trent was professional and positive. It was really a rewarding experience that I am not use to at other dealerships. This was the third time I had been to the dealership and all have been positive. john Sullo More

Timely and professional service I brought my car in for an issue related to the TCM that caused the check engine light to come on. The next day, the check engine light went off befor I brought my car in for an issue related to the TCM that caused the check engine light to come on. The next day, the check engine light went off before I dropped the car off. Even without the light, they were able to diagnose the problem and fix it instead of telling me that nothing could be done.
