(YES 5 STARS- Read whole review) The tech left oily finger and hand prints all over the car, even in places they wouldn't have been working. They left one of the trim piece mounting clips undone so the trim is not fully secure. Now, that being said... Everyone else I delt with were absolutely awesome! Ace Cooley (Sales person) 10/10, Jackie (finance) 10/10, Nick (parts) 9/10, Nate (Service Advisor) 11/10 (yes 11/10). Nate was not involved in my situation at all and had me dumped on him by some random lady walking through service when I asked for Nick because she didnt listen when we asked for Nick and said we must be looking for Nate. Nick was at lunch so Nate ran around for nearly 1/2 an hour tracking down paperwork, keys and making sure we were satisfied with the work. He was gracious about it too. We told Nate to not worry about the trim panel as we would take care of it since he had already done more than enough to help us. Ace had the car ran back through detail for a quick wash to remove the prints. This is our first time dealing with Don Chalmers Ford in Albuquerque and it was such a pleasant experience. I have bought five cars from Ace Cooley at several different dealerships and will continue to follow him wherever he goes, but I really hope that the next time I need a new (always used) car that he is still at Don Chalmers Ford. More

MJ (the sales person I worked with), did an excellent job. The "prep" people did an excellent job as well (car was spotless) and they were very nice and accommodating.
