The service was completed within the promised time and I was ready to go before I finished enjoying the sports show I was watching. Everyone was very friendly, very professional and efficient. I highly recommend Chalmers Quick Lane for servicing anyone's vehicle. More
First visit not impressed Took my new Edge in this morning with a few concerns. First I didn't know I had to have an appointment to get work done. It was never a requirement Took my new Edge in this morning with a few concerns. First I didn't know I had to have an appointment to get work done. It was never a requirement at the GMC dealership. Second I am not some twit that doesn't know a screw from a nail. It would've been nice if those concerns had been treated with some genuine interest. A seal had come loose on the rear passenger door, the car is four weeks off the lot. Can't be fixed and will get worse as time goes by. Clacking on the passenger side and the tire pressure was lower than it should be. Seemed uninterested had someone take the car to fill the tire and as I was getting in the car the tech sees a reflection and low and behold there is a nail in the tire. After such a wonderful experience buying two new cars from this dealership I was very disappointed with the service department. More

Problems............... I was having starting problems with my Ford Fiesta. I took it to another place for help but received none. I finally decided to take to a Ford deal I was having starting problems with my Ford Fiesta. I took it to another place for help but received none. I finally decided to take to a Ford dealership in Rio Rancho, NM...Don Chalmers. Long story short, I was helped by Trent Durham...who by the way should be cloned! He not only found the problem and fixed it, he also acknowledged 2 recalls that I had forgotten about and also fixed them. Time and price was also great. Thank you Trent. More

Diana the service rep at Chalmers was polite and informative. This recall was an all day event. I used the shuttle to get home. When the issue was taken care of, I received a call that the car was ready. Diana, again explained what had been done. More
Old Fashion Service with a Smile I went to have a tire sensor checked on my Chevy Tahoe. I dropped off the car and had my wife pick me up. I was contacted in about two hours to let me I went to have a tire sensor checked on my Chevy Tahoe. I dropped off the car and had my wife pick me up. I was contacted in about two hours to let me know that the sensor was just fine and that the technician reset the sensor and they checked all tire pressures. Since the vehicle was there, I asked them to go ahead and rotate the tires. They indicated to me that I could pickup the vehicle in about a half hour. I went to pickup the car, the sensor was working and to my great surprise, they said no charge for the sensor check and the tire rotation. PUT A BIG SMILE ON MY FACE. Old fashion service. More

John Wayne Fife is friendly, experienced, We just purchased our 4th F150 from Chalmers Ford. Every single time we've had an outstanding experience. John Wayne Fife is friendly, experienced, easy-going. We have never felt pressured during the 4 times that we have dealt with John in purchasing a new F150. John simply explains the merits of each vehicle, lets us test drive the trucks we are interested in and leaves it up to us to decide what we want then he goes out of his way to fulfill all our desires. Each time I have purchased a vehicle from Chalmers I have had them service it and I have always been very happy with the service, the friendliness and the expertise of the staff. I highly recommend Chalmers Ford and John Wayne Fife to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

Body Shop needs New Management. I have been going to Don Chalmers Ford for years. Always got treated well. Sales Department is awesome. But I would not recommend Quick Lane or Body I have been going to Don Chalmers Ford for years. Always got treated well. Sales Department is awesome. But I would not recommend Quick Lane or Body Shop Went there to have oil changed and they said my transmission fluid needed to be changed ended up they forgot to put transmission fluid back in and messed up the transmission. Had to have it overhauled. They paid for it but never was the same again. I had Hail damage and they put a new roof on my 2016 escape which I bought brand new .They broke the back light that goes on the back hatch and instead of putting on a new light they GLUED it back. We moved and we noticed when it would rain there was a noise in the back on the passenger side. Found put 2 bolts had fell off. Cost about $200 to repair. Then it started leaking. I took it to have it checked and the man said it was pouring in from that light where they GLUED it back together . I called The Body Shop and I talked to Larry. He was Very Rude and didnt want to even help me at all. Said that they didnt even touch that light. He wasnt even employed when they did it. I finally called and talked to Lorrie and she was very nice and helpful. She looked up the invoice and on the invoice it showed where they worked on that back door. So they had to take it off. Then she had Andy to call me he helped me halfway . He did send me the money for the light but did not send me the money for the bolts that fell out because they were wet and came out because of where water was pouring in. So 1 vehicle was damaged by them and one was almost damaged because of their negligence. I would not recommend you have your vehicle serviced at QuickLane or have your vehicle repaired by the body shop. Glad I will never have to deal with them again. Sales department are Awesome. More
