Naturally, any problem involving the electrical system in an EV can be very disconcerting because it all seems so incomprehensible on my part. It was extremely important that this was handled properly, and thanks to Isabelle’s expertise and outstanding communication, it absolutely was. Isabelle was exceptional — knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly attentive. We took our vehicle for a transmission flush and got vehicle back and was running poorly. Was told when we picked it up that a associated transmission dealer worked on the truck. When driving vehicle home it was knocking. This was not happening before we took it to the dealer. After checking it out and found out coil pack was replaced. We will never use your services again. In fact I intend to report you to the Attorney General. More
