I’ve been going to Chalmers since 2013. They are going downhill. Not sure why. They have a lot of employee turnover again not sure why. When going in for service you must check their servic They are going downhill. Not sure why. They have a lot of employee turnover again not sure why. When going in for service you must check their service deals page. They will not tell you about the deals currently available for the month. I feel a honest dealership should absolutely telling customers about the service specials they are currently offering for the month. If it was not for a customer in the waiting room who told me I would not have even known about this online page. Another problem and I have no idea how this can be cost effective is they no longer want you waiting onsite for your service. They used to have a dropdown that said I’ll drop off my vehicle and I will wait. They removed that entirely and it only now states I will drop off my vehicle and I have a ride. Again not sure how this is cost effective but they tell you they will get you an uber ride wherever you want to go and they will call you when your service is done and they will send another uber to pick you up. Must be for tax write off purpose. Or it’s so they can run your vehicle to the quick lane shop to do the work and you never know. Anyway they are going downhill it’s a shame because they used to have no nonsense leadership and the customer was always number one and treated as such. More
