Logan showed up at my house on time, clean, friendly and knowledgeable He started the scheduled recall software update and checked on the other open recall on my 2023 Maverick. While the software update was being done, Logan completed the wiper motor inspection. The 2 recalls took about 1.5 hrs. The mobile servic÷ provided is an outstanding program, it should be heavily marketed. It was one of the most positive interactions I have ever had with an auto dealership. Keep up the good service! Quick Lane tech did not seem to care about how he presented the car back to me. The seat was push all the way back, grease left on steering wheel, and a good half gallon of blue and black liquid dri presented the car back to me.
