I have been a loyal customer of this dealership, regularly servicing and repairing my Ford F-150 there. However, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. Last month, I made an appointmen regularly servicing and repairing my Ford F-150 there. However, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. Last month, I made an appointment online but never received a confirmation call. I had to follow up myself and booked an appointment two weeks in advance, hoping for a quick turnaround since I needed my truck to complete an important project. On the day of the appointment, my husband brought the truck to Chalmers Service at the scheduled time of 9 a.m. The service advisor mentioned they had two cars ahead of us, which was frustrating given the appointment. After waiting for nearly two hours, the truck had not even been touched. At that point, my husband decided to take the truck back and leave. What’s most disappointing is that neither the owner nor the management acknowledged this incident. It’s clear they don’t value their customers. While no dealership is perfect, the lack of care and communication here is unacceptable. I can no longer recommend this dealership. It’s sad to see such disregard for loyal customers. More

Worst experience with trying to buy a new Ford. I was clear with the salesperson that I wanted a reasonable offer for my trade. I even showed him the KBB cash offer from 3 other dealers. They went to appraise my car and started having every salesperson in the place start looking at it. Then they come back with a lowball offer over $10,000 less then the KBB offers and almost $20,000 less then the KBB low range. I was done. Asked for my key to leave. Salesman brings out some arrogant sales manager that attempts to “educate” me on how it works. I’ve bought over 25 new cars throughout my life. I know how it works. At that point I was not too friendly and my wife grabbed the key to our car out of his hand and we left. On the way home I called Power Ford in Albuquerque and within a few minutes after sending them pictures of my car they worked a deal that gave me more then the KBB offers and gave me a significant deal on a new 2025 Ford Exploer ST. Bottom line, Chalmers Ford is rude, insulting, and will never get a dime of my business. If you’re looking for a Ford and want to deal with an honest dealer, go to Power Ford. More

No support after the sale. The Mach-E has some serious design flaws. Ours is currently at 6k miles. When you put Luggage in the hatch area will break the clips that hold the f The Mach-E has some serious design flaws. Ours is currently at 6k miles. When you put Luggage in the hatch area will break the clips that hold the floor level and the stealership will deny the warranty claim. No stickers with weight limits oin the area or in the manual. Repair is 1500 as both side panels need to be replaced. Such a poor design and worse dealer service. What a future! Should have stuck with the ID4! More
