Clean and attentive, however they charge a $6000 “certification fee” and when I asked what it gave me, they gave the government mandated warranty length for a vehicle of that mileage. They also adde “certification fee” and when I asked what it gave me, they gave the government mandated warranty length for a vehicle of that mileage. They also added a $3000 “refresh fee” for them getting the vehicle ready for sale. And they told me they would “wave their $900 dealership fee” which is a good thing cause charging it would be illegal. Basicly for a car advertised for $18,500 they wanted $31,000 out the door. Don’t be bated in by this place. More
I will continue to write reviews and shout to the rooftops about how awful this place is. I'm not one of the lucky ones who just walked away. The fees are ridiculous and they definitely add things th rooftops about how awful this place is. I'm not one of the lucky ones who just walked away. The fees are ridiculous and they definitely add things they don't tell you about. A total waste of time and sadly they are more dealers like them. Wish I had done my homework on this place. Would of saved me a lot of time and aggravation. Do yourself a favor and don't bother. The dishonesty is sickening and should be illegal. I'm amazed that places like this actually stay in business. I will continue to discourage others from ever going here More
They rope you in with fake pricing. Advertised a vehicle for $32,000. Snuck in multiple hidden fees to bring that very vehicle to $43,000. You get them slightly negotiable, sign , get Advertised a vehicle for $32,000. Snuck in multiple hidden fees to bring that very vehicle to $43,000. You get them slightly negotiable, sign , get insurance and then get surprised again with more fees upon financing. $32,000 car became $47,000 without adding extended warranty !!! Sweet girl helped me , but I wasted a lot of time and walked out disappointed in this company More
This place is the biggest scam. The prices on line are COMPLETELY FALSE. I found a 2017 Lexus IS350 on Cargurus sold by them with an advertised price of 29,104. I put all my informa The prices on line are COMPLETELY FALSE. I found a 2017 Lexus IS350 on Cargurus sold by them with an advertised price of 29,104. I put all my information in and a gentleman calls me back to schedule an appointment. He tells me the appointment is so the car will be ready to go when I get there. So I make the appointment and drive an hour and a half to get there. When I get there he isn’t there. However a gorgeous sales women was. (No complaint there) However the car was in the show room, so it couldn’t be driven. The battery was dead and was told I couldn’t test drive the car until they run my credit. Odd, but ok. I show them the add I was responding to and they say “Ok, that’s a lot cheaper then on our website.” They show me online that on their site it goes for 31,000. Fine. I felt it was a scam to get me in the door BUT I really did love the car. They say that if I come back in 2 days the car will be ready to test drive. We can complete the paperwork and everyone is happy. Cool! I go home then on line because this place is making me feel a little uneasy. I see reviews stating the prices aren’t what they say and this place is a big rip off. Do I listen? kinda. I text the sales girl that morning telling her about these reviews and asked that she please don’t make me drive out there if there is going to be a different price or hidden fees. She assured me everything was legit. Once I get there the car is still in the show room, still can’t test drive it but they want me to come sit down. They start explaining to me about this free warranty. It’s absolutely free. You just have to pay 5,000 dollars for this “Certification” so I tell them I don’t want their warranty or this so called certification. I’m told you have to take it it’s mandatory and I negotiable. There was another 900 dollar prep fee that they were so gratuitous to wave for me be cause they’re trying to help me out. Lmao And to top it off they said my 2,000 dollar deposit was also mandatory but does not go toward the principal amount for the car. They actually ADDED my 2,000 dollar deposit to the price of the car. Lmao. So on top of the 29,104 they told me they would honor, there was a 5,000 dollar certification fee, a 2,000 dollar deposit that doesn’t go toward the price but increases it AND a 900 dollar prep fee that they will take off out of the kindness of their hearts. Please do not fall victim to these scams. The cars their are beautiful. As well as the women working there. But do not be robbed by these people because you see the car of your dreams sitting in front of you. They are the biggest rip off I have ever seen. It should be illegal. Complete frauds More
