Simply the worst experience in my entire life purchasing a car and i have purchased a few, this dealer is a bait and switch operation and a very sophisticated one, forget about the price they quote you or t a car and i have purchased a few, this dealer is a bait and switch operation and a very sophisticated one, forget about the price they quote you or the price you agree, at the end the price will be much higher, when you sit down with the finance person he plays monthly payment game, he will not tell you how much you are borrowing only how much you are paying monthly and he will also lie about the length of the term, a piece of paper will be put in front of you and you will be pressured to sign it fast. It will take you days to even figure it out what happened. I must admit they are very good on deceiving you it’s almost like magic, i would give them 5 stars for that. Please stay away from this dealership and save yourself money and headache. More

I've purchased 7 cars in my 40 years and I have never had such a bad experience like today. Previous to taking a 3 hour drive up to NY from NJ, I texted and called at least 4 or 5 times because I wanted to such a bad experience like today. Immediately after arriving I was told that someone else is closing the deal on it. First I kind of blame my self because even after reading a ton of bad reviews here on Google and not listening to 2 of my close friends who warned me not to go to NY to purchase a vehicle, I hoped that this would be the exception and maybe I would get lucky. But now I know that the people that work here and the owners of the dealership are out to get you anyways. There are 48 comments alone about the fees that they charge on top of the asking price. And even if the car had been there, I would have walked away anyways because it went from $15,490 to over $20k. Can anyone explain to me why I was supposed to pay $3999 down on top of the asking price? Are those fees? I was very clear that I had a pre-qualification reference # with a $1000 down payment. And after asking the lady twice over the phone about the fees, she assured me twice that there would only be NJ sales taxes and DMV fees. So again why $3999 on top of asking price. Sketchy dealership, do yourself a favor and don't go in there. More

If it was up to me I’d leave a NO STAR review for this dealership. Beyond, beyond, beyond disappointed and disgusted with the sales manager “Jordan” who works there. He treated us with the utmost disrespect and we were beyond discouraged to hear he wasn’t interested in running our credit because essentially it was a “waste of his time.” His people skills are horrendous and he refused to show any interest in us as paying customers trying to give him/the dealership MONEY. Nobody really seemed eager to sell us the truck either. They priced $10,000 more than sticker price which was incredibly heart shattering for my brother who had the utmost intentions of leaving with the vehicle that day. No documentation was ever put in front of us just numbers calculated into a calculator. I asked if they would be willing to hold the truck for a few days with $1,000 so we could gather a bigger deposit for them and he flat out told me NO he will not do that. He refused to discuss summer July savings of up to $5,000 which was advertised through text to me and also during the FOUR phone calls I received when they called to confirm my appointment. We drove an hour and a half from New Jersey to be utterly taken advantage of and belittled. This place is so incredibly shady. Jordan if that even is your real name (he also refused to provide me with his SALES MANAGER BUSINESS CARD) you should be so ashamed of yourself not only as a professional in the industry but as an individual. Do not buy a car here, they sold it to me with a bad cylinder, bad spark plugs, bad engine, bad tires, among other stuff. It also still makes noises. Again, do not buy from here.
