By far the worst, most dishonest, rude, and frustrating dealership I’ve been to. For those not interested in reading a full length review: Absolute bait-and-switch. Fake pricing, thousands in hidden “c dealership I’ve been to. For those not interested in reading a full length review: Absolute bait-and-switch. Fake pricing, thousands in hidden “charges,” rude management, and constantly changing financing requirements that forced multiple family members to cancel work and come in. I saw the bad reviews while sitting there and unfortunately decided to stay anyway—huge mistake. If you’re debating going in, don’t. If you’re already there and this feels familiar, do yourself a favor and walk out immediately. Full review: (which you probably have plenty of time to read, if you are waiting at the dealership) I spent an entire Sunday at the dealership by myself looking at cars. After hours there, I was told I needed my dad present to take out the loan. Monday morning at 10am, when they opened, I came back with my dad—only to then be told my mom also had to co-sign, forcing her to cancel work and come in as well. These requirements were revealed one at a time, over a couple of hours, not upfront. We then spent over 5 hours there being given the runaround. Staff were rude and dismissive and kept pushing unreasonable requests, including telling me to buy insurance on the car before even providing a finance quote. After speaking to my insurance agent, and her telling me that she has never heard of such a thing in her 8 years of experience in buying & insuring used cars, the store manager, Vince, tells me “This is how we do our business, if you don’t like it, leave.” The vehicle was a 2024 Toyota Camry SE Nightshade, about 54,000 miles, previously a rental and involved in a minor accident, listed at $15,800. I repeatedly and clearly asked if there were any additional fees. Multiple times I was told no, aside from possibly a bank finance fee. Only afterward—after days wasted, school missed, and multiple workdays/appointments canceled—did I receive the actual numbers: • $3,995 dealer “charge” • $2,000 LoJack charge • $2,000 bank finance charge • 10.74% interest rate Yes these fees were all mandatory, and built into the deal from the start, but intentionally never mentioned. When I questioned why these existed after being told there were no fees, the sales rep, Donavin, said “these aren’t fees, they’re charges.” Just word games to justify thousands of dollars in add-ons. Vince was extremely rude and repeatedly said things like “this is how we do business, feel free to leave the store,” including earlier when pressuring me to get insurance. The sales rep, Donavin, had promised pricing that clearly wasn’t real and never mentioned these add-ons. While sitting there waiting, I read the bad reviews and debated leaving—but decided to risk it and stay. That was a mistake. It was absolutely not worth the stress, time, or treatment. Anyone debating whether to come into this store: don’t. Anyone already inside and experiencing this behavior: save yourself the time and stress and walk straight out. More

Had to wait almost two weeks to pick up my car after payment. I’d never recommend that place to anyone. Also , they don’t do a good job of following up / customer service … I suggest go somewhere else that has integrity.. However.. Wilson, one of the salespeople is Dope ! More
This dealership is unprofessional and they deal in a great deal of trickery to lure customers in and mislead them. 1. The price of the car listed on the website was $27,890.00. When we arrived they sha great deal of trickery to lure customers in and mislead them. 1. The price of the car listed on the website was $27,890.00. When we arrived they shared that the price listed on the website was only 75% of the true cost of the car and the car price was actually $37,411.00. The representative shared "We need to keep our prices on the website competetive, in order to get customers in the door." 2. We were handed the wrong CarFax for our vehicle. They showed us the CarFax of a car that had only one minor accident. When we sat at the table and Googled the vehicle we wanted, we learned that it had 2 accidents, one of which was under a month ago. 3. The customer service was horrible, from the younger people on the floor addressing customers, to the manager who later came to address us. The team seemed to consist of a group of young, unprofessional people who did not care about the customers at all. PLEASE DON'T EVER GO HERE TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE. More
Simply the worst experience in my entire life purchasing a car and i have purchased a few, this dealer is a bait and switch operation and a very sophisticated one, forget about the price they quote you or t a car and i have purchased a few, this dealer is a bait and switch operation and a very sophisticated one, forget about the price they quote you or the price you agree, at the end the price will be much higher, when you sit down with the finance person he plays monthly payment game, he will not tell you how much you are borrowing only how much you are paying monthly and he will also lie about the length of the term, a piece of paper will be put in front of you and you will be pressured to sign it fast. It will take you days to even figure it out what happened. I must admit they are very good on deceiving you it’s almost like magic, i would give them 5 stars for that. Please stay away from this dealership and save yourself money and headache. More
I've purchased 7 cars in my 40 years and I have never had such a bad experience like today. Previous to taking a 3 hour drive up to NY from NJ, I texted and called at least 4 or 5 times because I wanted to such a bad experience like today. Previous to taking a 3 hour drive up to NY from NJ, I texted and called at least 4 or 5 times because I wanted to see that one specific vehicle. Immediately after arriving I was told that someone else is closing the deal on it. First I kind of blame my self because even after reading a ton of bad reviews here on Google and not listening to 2 of my close friends who warned me not to go to NY to purchase a vehicle, I hoped that this would be the exception and maybe I would get lucky. But now I know that the people that work here and the owners of the dealership are out to get you anyways. There are 48 comments alone about the fees that they charge on top of the asking price. And even if the car had been there, I would have walked away anyways because it went from $15,490 to over $20k. Can anyone explain to me why I was supposed to pay $3999 down on top of the asking price? Are those fees? I was very clear that I had a pre-qualification reference # with a $1000 down payment. And after asking the lady twice over the phone about the fees, she assured me twice that there would only be NJ sales taxes and DMV fees. So again why $3999 on top of asking price. Sketchy dealership, do yourself a favor and don't go in there. More
