Honest people, no pressure, nice inventory I was looking for a specific Lincoln Navigator and found that vehicle in an ad from this dealership. Since I had been looking for a couple months, I knew that the advertised price was fair. I called ahead and told Kim that I would be there shortly to look at the Navigator. It is pretty much in spotless condition. All the manuals, Carfax were waiting. The salesperson, Kim, was extremely no pressure and very helpful. After the test drive and inspection, he and I worked up the transaction. The owner, Mo, sat down with us and was very open in showing the computer screen with the details of the transaction. A very open and honest transaction on a beautiful vehicle. I highly recommend this place. By the way, many years ago, I was new car sales manager for one of the largest Pontiac dealers in the country. I know a good place when I see one. More

Excellent Buy On A BMW........ My son-in-law and I arrived yesterday late morning to look at a 2007 BMW 335i coupe, after thoroughly looking the car over inside and out, test drive, My son-in-law and I arrived yesterday late morning to look at a 2007 BMW 335i coupe, after thoroughly looking the car over inside and out, test drive, additional looking over and having less than 6 questions answered promptly in regards to the car, my son-in-law told me he was ready to go deal. We both dealt with Bill, negotiations went very smooth and both parties ended up happy with the deal that was finally made, took about an hour but it was worth the effort on our part. They cleaned up the car and my son-in-law drove off with it about 2pm that afternoon after we came back from our lunch break. Between Bill and the owner and the secretary, all the paperwork was completed without any hassles. I was really impressed with their professionalism and their cars on the lot, very clean used cars, NO SHADY DEALS here, that is for sure, all upfront and honesty. I personally would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting a quality used car and very clean. More

Issues with pricing, issues with communic WHAT A RIP OFF!!!! I bought a car mid last year from this dealer, it was a lot of work to get the deal done. Issues with pricing, issues with communication. However it was finally completed. Fast forward 6 months and the car starts having issues, two separate mechanics say that these issues have been around for a while, meaning they were not taken care of by the dealer. The dealer also sold me a warranty and and claimed "It will cover anything" After 3 denied warranty claims I have had enough. Only shop here if you do not like your money. More

He called me to made a deal if I do review 5 star for his dealer then he'll give me another 12 months otherwise he won't, this is bull-xxxx. Everyone can see if Mo doing good business then he don't need to ask or expect customer to give him 5 star. i highly don't recommend everyone go here because Mo have no trusted at all. He's a liar, bull-xxxx and ripped off. I have never ever see any dealership owner like this. More

Many made promises on the phone only to change the story when I arrived. I spoke with Mo at Certified Luxury Auto on the phone and immediately recognized a difference. I explained what I needed, and that credit would be an issue. Mo reassured me with a genuine interest to help. I found a car on the C.L.A. web site with a special internet price. With my credit I was sure I wasn't going to get that price, but Mo not only sold me the vehicle at the advertised special price, he carried the balance at 0% interest! I have now purchased my second vehicle from Mo, he worked out a great price, and he is financing it at 0%! No need to look at any other dealership. This is the place! More
