I purchased a car from this shop. They didn't have the 2nd key at the time, but promised that they would contact "their key guy" to get me a 2nd copy. I didn't feel like making a big deal out of not having 2nd pair of keys, so I said fine and moved on. Multiple days go by and I have to make multiple phone calls before I can speak to Mo again. He finally says that the key guy was out of town, so Mo promised to call me back as soon as their key guy is back. Spoiler: He never calls. I call again today to see if there was an update, and he demanded that I leave a 5 star review to get the 2nd pair of keys -- he's holding this imaginary 2nd pair of keys as a random for a 5 star review on this website. Mo, you can keep the keys. This has been the worst, most unprofessional experience I've come across. More
