On 6/9/25 I purchased a 2023 BMW 540I with 12,277 miles on it. Beautiful car and in great condition. We were told the car had just been serviced as well as having new brakes very recently installed. Jamie, our salesman, was great throughout the sales process but once the sale was compete, things changed. While my wife was driving the car home (Scottsdale to Buckeye) she called me with concern of a loud brake noise as well as the brakes pulsating. I drove it later that day and confirmed the noise was very loud when using the brakes and not right. I called Jamie, and he said I should probably make an appointment with their service department. Once I arrived a couple days later for my appointment, the service writer immediately said that the brakes sound terrible and that we need to go to the BMW dealership, especially since the car only has 12k miles. I made an appointment at Arrowhead BMW for the next day. It was discovered that the recent brake job was not completed correctly- pins not greased and the M sport brakes on this particular car were not broken in properly. The dealership educated me that these brakes need to go through a 500 mile plus break in period with easy and gradual braking and that more than likely did not happen while sitting on a car lot and going for test drives. The fix was sanding down pads and rotors as well as greasing the pins. A sales manager and Jamie said for me to bring in the paperwork of the needed repairs and they would see what they could do to cover the $450 worth of required repairs. I got a call a couple days later from Jamie stating that the General Manager, Josh, said "it's not their problem and who is to say my wife and I did not cause the damage". I mentioned that I have bought a lot of cars over the years (3 to date this year) and have never received such poor service and unprofessionalism. Long and short, I bought a car that had 12k miles and had supposedly been inspected as well as being informed the car had new brakes. Within the first 20 miles of driving the car the brakes became problematic and the dealership said they would not stand behind the issue. There was a reason why I sought out a certified dealership for my used car purchase and this specific dealership did not live up to that expectation. More

I purchased the Advantage program as well as the wheel and tire option which was great when I needed a service and had some curb rash on my wheels. I took my car in, dropped it off, they gave me a ride ho and tire option which was great when I needed a service and had some curb rash on my wheels. I took my car in, dropped it off, they gave me a ride home and then picked me up to go get my car, even better, I cost me nothing, thanks to the services I purchased. Strongly recommend this dealership, purchasing the upgrades and working with Benz and Beemer. What a great experience. More

This dealership sets the standard for car dealerships. From the moment I called to confirm that the car we were interested in to our purchase of the car a day later the process was actually enjoyable- not From the moment I called to confirm that the car we were interested in to our purchase of the car a day later the process was actually enjoyable- not a common experience buying a car normally. Our sales person, Scott, was knowledgeable, personable, responsive and probably most important did not place undo pressure on us at anytime during the process. He was straight forward, answered all our questions, and allowed us to proceed at our own pace and not rush the decision. The finance person continued in this same manner providing the various options in warranty coverage without pressure. All in all a great car-buying experience! More
