I had been looking at a particualar car for about a week. I watched it online and when the price dropped I had to go see it. When I went to Benz and Beemer I was greeted by Kim Shroyer. He was very helpful, and knew a great deal about the car. He was patient with me as I looked at every detail, and as I asked many questions in regards to the car. Kim told my husband, "Wow, she doesn't miss a thing." Kim was able to answer all my questions. I bought the car that night. Kim has continued to offer good customer service to me even after I purchased the car. In fact I'm bringing my car back in to have the window tinting changed because it's too dark for my comfort. At purchase, Kim said I could bring the car back at any time to have the window tinting adjusted, and then quoted me a price. Kim kept to his verbal word and price he quoted me when I purchased the car, even though it has been over a month since I purchased the car. More

Everything was just "GooD" Not "Great". We were very unhappy about the unexpected cost of the extra $700.00 for tint and etching. We were not told about this extra expense. Jeff Ha "Great". This was far and away the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I had been looking for a yellow Honda S2000 for months and happened to spot one on their lot. After going over the car with Danny, I told him I would have to think about it, and there was no pressure, or any of the all too familiar tactics when purchasing a vehicle. I looked at several of the other vehicles on the lot and everything was in the same kind of A++ shape as the S2000. I returned later and made the purchase, all the paperwork was done and waiting, and it only took a few minutes. The dealership is storing the car for me for a few weeks until I can drive it home. I would really like to thank, Danny, Frank, and Lee for a great car buying experience. I dealt with Frank Pena and Jeff Hallenbeck who were knowledgeable, patient and non-threatening. Jeff educated me on the pros and cons of each car I reviewed - Mercedes, BMW, and Lexus. I explained to him my financial budget, my driving habits, my concerns about warranties, and maintenance cost over the life of the loan. Jeff worked with me for another week while I mulled over all of his answers. I purchased a car the following week that I have NO REGRETS over, actually, I am very pleased with the purchase and WILL purchase my next vehicle from B&B again.
