I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Certified Benz and Beemer. I was immediately greeted by Alex Kankus. Alex was the best car salesman I have ever worked with. I was never once made to feel pressured. Alex kept saying, "We have to find something that you are comfortable with." My credit situation was not good and they worked out a great deal for me. Never once did Alex make me feel bad or embarrassed about my credit history, as some other places did. Alex gave me a tour of the property and introduced me to just about everyone there. When it came time to make the deal, Alex presented everything to me and was very straightforward. He emphasized again that I had to be happy and comfortable with everything, i.e the car, the price, financing, etc. I was very pleased and signed the deal. Since taking ownership, Alex has followed up with me by phone and email to make sure the vehicle was working out for me. He is a very kind man. I would definitely say, without doubt, that purchasing my vehicle from certified Benz & Beemer was the best experience I have had with car sales. I had a great experience buying my Lexus IS250 at this dealership. Jeff was knowledgeable about the cars, and when I would say that I would like to look at a particular car closer, he would run out and dr dealership. I found the car I wanted on-line, I had contacted the dealership to see if it was still available and that is when I spoke to Jeff. Th e car was still available so I told him on Monday I would be down Tu dealership to see if it was still available and that is when I spoke to Jeff. Th e car was still available so I told him on Monday I would be down Tuesday to look at it. When I arrived to the dealership the car was waiting out front, so on a test drive we went. Jeff's sense of humor during the test drive was an amazing ice breaker, had to have been one of the best test drives I have ever been on. When we got back to the dealership we started all the paperwork and after all was signed and done I was driving my Mazda speed3 back to Tucson. After looking all over the valley for an SUV we stumbled across on at CBB. We are about 1 1/2 hour drive away from the dealership so I called to make sure they still had the vehicle in stock and to get some across on at CBB. He collected all of the information on our trade and told me all about Sequoia we were interested in. Jeff was very understanding when I had to reschedule our first appointment and promised to have the vehicle up front waiting for us when we got there and to try and get us in and out the door as quickly as possible. He kept his promise!! We loved the truck and were in and out in about an hour or so. We had a wonderful experience and it was all worth the drive. The entire staff was great to work with!! Thank you!
