Mathew was a perfect sales man, he had knowledge of BMW's, and never pressured me in any way. I felt comfortable talking with him and even felt as if he was an old friend after awhile. The Manager of the dealer went so far as to help me secure a car loan, even though I am a Canadian without any American credit. JP and Ryan were great. I bought a higher mile car and was nervous at first about the purchase.
