I bought my first car from Glen Roseman and had a great buying experience. I called and asked for Glen on this car but it was his day off. I mentioned to Kim that I wanted to buy a car and be loyal to Glen as well. He even had Glen call me to assure me that he was in the loop. That is ETHICS and it speaks true to this whole dealership. Kim is a real pleasure to do business with and he keeps the negotiations open and honest and clearly enunciates where we are in the process. Did I tell you that he brought the car up to me in North Phoenix for me to test drive? How about that they will accept a personal check from me? They do and many dealerships won't due business the, "old fashioned way" but they do. They walk the talk and from personal experience I'd recommend them to anyone I care about, or to the general public, seeking a quality car at a fair price. I found my dream Range Rover online at Certified Benz and Beemer after looking for the perfect truck for over 2 months! I live in WI, so I was apprehensive about buying a car online sight unseen. He was so patient and kind to me and answered every question I had. He even test drove it for me and answered my specific questions about comfort, suspension, handling, etc. I was still a little nervouse about the transaction but he comforted me and said if it shows up and it isn't exactly the truck of my dreams and if anything was wrong whatsoever, I could send it right back. I went for it and when I first layed eyes on it I giggled with excitement! It is exaclty as pictured and promised and I could not be happier with my decision. It is a great truck for a GREAT price! Even after the sale, Kim has called and followed up to make sure I was a happy customer. In fact, everyone I talked to at the dealership was so friendly and helpful.
