I found the car I wanted on-line, I had contacted the dealership to see if it was still available and that is when I spoke to Jeff. Th e car was still available so I told him on Monday I would be down Tu dealership to see if it was still available and that is when I spoke to Jeff. Jeff's sense of humor during the test drive was an amazing ice breaker, had to have been one of the best test drives I have ever been on. When we got back to the dealership we started all the paperwork and after all was signed and done I was driving my Mazda speed3 back to Tucson. After looking all over the valley for an SUV we stumbled across on at CBB. We are about 1 1/2 hour drive away from the dealership so I called to make sure they still had the vehicle in stock and to get some across on at CBB. He collected all of the information on our trade and told me all about Sequoia we were interested in. Jeff was very understanding when I had to reschedule our first appointment and promised to have the vehicle up front waiting for us when we got there and to try and get us in and out the door as quickly as possible. He kept his promise!! We loved the truck and were in and out in about an hour or so. We had a wonderful experience and it was all worth the drive. The entire staff was great to work with!! Thank you! Great experience with this dealer. My car had been totaled in an accident so when I showed up on a bicycle I was afraid I wouldn't be taken seriously. And when the pedal broke off my bike and it was pouring rain with a haboob blowing through the salesman drove me home. Not being able to make a decision, Alex sat down with us and went over both cars and never pushed us one way or another. We finally settled on the A4 and are extremely happy with our decision.
