I have sold and purchased many cars in my lifetime and most recently only have driven Corvettes. I was look for a Crystal Red 2007 on the internet and found three with two of them in Florida and the other most recently only have driven Corvettes. I emailed for information and received a call right a way from Glenn Roseman who sent me pictures and more information on the car. He and Tracy Weaver were with me through out the whole process and got back to me right away when I had qustions. The problem was transporting the car to Sacramento and getting the COrvette I was trading in back to Mesa Az. Glenn offered to drive the car from Mesa AZ to my home in Sacramento and drive mine back to Mesa. This is great service. Alex was very forthright and open with us. No pressure, he understood what we were looking for and didn't try to steer us to something else. He also didn't forget to call us, but didn't hound me! I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Certified Benz and Beemer. I was immediately greeted by Alex Kankus. Alex was the best car salesman I have ever worked with. I was never once made to feel pressured. Alex kept saying, "We have to find something that you are comfortable with." My credit situation was not good and they worked out a great deal for me. Never once did Alex make me feel bad or embarrassed about my credit history, as some other places did. Alex gave me a tour of the property and introduced me to just about everyone there. When it came time to make the deal, Alex presented everything to me and was very straightforward. He emphasized again that I had to be happy and comfortable with everything, i.e the car, the price, financing, etc. I was very pleased and signed the deal. Since taking ownership, Alex has followed up with me by phone and email to make sure the vehicle was working out for me. He is a very kind man. I had a great experience buying my Lexus IS250 at this dealership. Jeff was knowledgeable about the cars, and when I would say that I would like to look at a particular car closer, he would run out and dr dealership.
