I had been looking for a 2010 lexus is250- checking out several dealerships - Jeff(sales rep) called me immediately told me about one on the lot. i was busy and wasnt going to be able to take checking out several dealerships - Jeff(sales rep) called me immediately told me about one on the lot. i was busy and wasnt going to be able to take a look at the car for a few days. He offered to bring the vehicle to me at my work to test drive on my lunch. He was on time and the car was beautiful. His salesmanship and the fact that he kept his promise was very important to me. Another sales rep from a competitor called me and offered me a great deal on a 2011 IS250 but due to jeff's solid re-pore, He found me exactly what I wanted and always picked up the phone when I called him and called me by name. i would recommend Jeff Hallenbeck with Benz-Beemer to ALL. My experience at Certified Benz and beemer was great. My sales consultant was JP and he was very patient with me showing me 2 cars and let me decide which one I choose. The moment I walked in the door they were friendly and welcoming. Kim helped me find the car I was interested in and didn't pressure me into anything.
