We just purchased a BMW form your dealership. From the start our salesman Kim Shroyer was very friendly and helpful. He didnt hesitate for a moment when my husband asked to put the car on a lift, which made me feel confident about our purchase. When we got home with the car we noticed the owners manuel was missing and Kim took the time to mail it out to us which we really appreciated. We live in Surprise so Tempe is a little bit of a haul but after the experience we've had at Benz and Beemers they were definitly worth the trip. More
