The people were all very friendly. I felt like I could really trust them, and felt good buying a car through them. I already wrote a review of Certified Benz & Beemer in October 2011 when I purchased a 2007 BMW 525 from Alex Kankus, but I believe they deserve another review. I would like to state again that Alex (my initial salesman) was fantastic. He was extremely kind, trusting, and a gentleman. My initial experience with Alex exceeded my expectations and I was extremely pleased with my experience and purchase of my BMW from him and the dealer in general. About a week after bringing the car home and driving around, I began to experience a technical problem with the vehicle's computer. I notified Alex and the dealer. Brian and Stacey in the service department began to try and troubleshoot the issue. They tirelessly serviced the vehicle on 3 occasions. They were by far the most honest and respectful service department I have ever dealt with. The problem with the vehicle was not straightforward. They attempted to resolve the issue to my satisfaction but I began to feel that the car and I were not a good fit. I can not emphasize enough how satisfied I felt with the service department at Certified Benz & Beemer. I sincerely appreciate the efforts made by them to adjust the vehicle to my liking. They are not only very familiar and well trained in the service of these vehicles, but also they are first class when it comes to customer satisfaction. About 45 days after the purchase of the vehicle, I continued to sporadically experience a computer malfunction. The service department made further efforts to correct the issues and even considered having BMW itself take a look at the car to see if it was something they could help with. At this point, I felt it may be best to speak with the sales department again to review my options. I spoke with Norman (Manager) who told me not to worry, that if service could adjust the vehicle to my satisfaction, then he would be happy to have me see if there was something else on the lot that I would be more comfortable with. Alex was off that day, so that's when I met J.P Hobson (Sales). J.P was excellent. He knew the inventory inside and out. Test driving around with J.P was fun - you get that feeling like you have known him for years. He makes you very comfortable and puts you at ease. We test drove several other comparable BMW's, Mercedes, and a Cadillac. J.P immediately knew what I was looking for in a car and her steered me down the right path, knowing I was uneasy with the BMW. We test drove a 2009 Mercedes C300 and I immediately felt comfortable with the car. J.P was very patient with me and helped me find what I was looking for. He knew I was a little unhappy with the BMW and made every effort to find me a car that I would be comfortable with. Once I made my mind up that I preferred the Mercedes C300 over the BMW 525, we went back to the table to see what could be done since it had been about 45 days. Norman was spectacular. Knowing I was unhappy with the BMW despite multiple service attempts, he decided to get me into the Mercedes instead. They dealer has a 10 day satisfaction window on all their cars, but Norman went ahead and took the BMW back and gave me full credit for it. Simply put, he erased that purchase and I drove away in the Mercedes that night. Words can not express my gratitude to Norman and J.P. for helping me out with my car situation. I guarantee that no other car dealer, used or new, will make a trade/deal like that. At Certified Benz & Beemer, they stand behind what they sell and put customer satisfaction first. J.P and Norman knew that I wasn't happy with situation and they worked it out for me. It was super easy and now I love driving my Mercedes C300. To make it even better, the Mercedes was missing the driver's side floor mat. The rest of the car is in pristine condition. J.P went ahead and ordered me an entire new set of floor mats from Mercedes. Other dealers won't do that. J.P. has class. I can honestly say that I have never been treated as well as I have been from Certified Benz & Beemer. The entire team is incredible. You form friendships with these people and trust. They are not your average car dealer. They will exceed your expectations. I will never purchase a vehicle from anyone else. These guys are the real deal - honest, trustworthy, respectful, and caring. Do yourself a favor and go buy your car from Certified Benz & Beemer. I would like to again say to Alex, J.P., Norman, Brian, and Stacey, you are a fantastic team and I am sincerely grateful for all you did for me. I highly recommend all of you without reservation. The sales team at Certified is far above the normal when it comes to purchasing vehicles. My sales person JP along with Chris in financing went far above expectations when the dealership did not have the car I wanted to purchase on the lot. They asked me what I wanted and went to work on finding the vehicle. They were in constant contact and sent me updates as to what color and what options did I want on the vehicle. Once they found the vehicle it was like clock work to get everything completed and the deal closed. I even had the pleasure of meeting the owner Jack and he personally inspected my car and told me what was needed to be done before I took possesion of the car. I have purchased over 10 vehicles in my lifetime so far and I have never experienced anything like this in service. In my line of work I deal with service and sales all day long and if I had a team of professionals like the ones that helped me complete this deal, I would be very happy to know that my business will be around for a very long time!!! This is my second reference for Benz & Beemer and Jeff Hallenbeck...you see my last comment was the service was great and the price was great - but there was one thing...no books (manuals) provided w Jeff Hallenbeck...you see my last comment was the service was great and the price was great - but there was one thing...no books (manuals) provided with the car AND I had not had a service done by the Porsche dealership so I was anxious as to whether the car was simply too good to be true. Turns out that Jeff read my first review and called me straight away to say he will order the manuals for me and sure enough - less than a week later the books were in my mailbox. Then I took the car I bought from Jeff for a service with Porsche (it was 2500 miles short of a 45m service which was due so I thought it would be a good chance to see if what was under the hood was good too). The Porsche service told me the car was in PERFECT condition and the service manager told me I had a gotten a great deal from Benz and Beemer. Thanks guys! I tell everyone who wants to buy a car to start first with Jeff and then check out the other dealers - I guarantee they will go back to Jeff to buy a car. More

Daniel was great to work with. This was one of the easiest car buying experiences I have ever had. Daniel and I initially meet over the phone when I called about a vehicle the dealership had listed o easiest car buying experiences I have ever had. He was polite and remembered my name later in the evening when I showed up at the dealership. We discussed numbers on my trade as well as the vehicle. I feel like he worked with the sales manager (or whoever the guy is crunching numbers) to get me the best deal without having to go back and forth like most dealerships make you do. This was a very low pressure sale, when I wanted to leave teh dealership to think about the deal, there was no pressure to stay. I called him back the next day and worked out how I could have the car held until I could get back to town with the car I wanted to trade. As promissed, he had the car shined up and ready for a test drive for my girlfriend and me. I would highly recommend Daniel and will certainly look to do business with him in the future, despite the fact that I live 200 miles away, it would be worth the drive. More
