We have been searching for a car not just any car but a 370 Z for quite some time. I mentioned to Kim that I wanted to buy a car and be loyal to Glen as well. He even had Glen call me to assure me that he was in the loop. That is ETHICS and it speaks true to this whole dealership. Kim is a real pleasure to do business with and he keeps the negotiations open and honest and clearly enunciates where we are in the process. Did I tell you that he brought the car up to me in North Phoenix for me to test drive? How about that they will accept a personal check from me? They do and many dealerships won't due business the, "old fashioned way" but they do. They walk the talk and from personal experience I'd recommend them to anyone I care about, or to the general public, seeking a quality car at a fair price. When i did finally decide that i wanted that car, Ray did everything he could to make the process go as quick and smooth as possible. I came in for a Laguna Seca Blue M3. I had been looking for an E46 M3 for quite a while and knew they had an unbelievable car- only 24k miles! The car was in absolutely mint condition. There were a few issues with the tint and other very minor items which I pointed out and they fixed completley. They redid the tint and made sure everything was on point- even after the sale was complete. Alex made sure I was taken care of from beginning to end and treated the car as if it were his own. He even was patient with me during the test drive as I tried to recall how to drive stick. When it came to financing, Chris made sure the deal went through smoothly and went through all the packages and options available for the car without being pushy or trying to sell us anything; he simply gave his honest opinion about each package. The entire experience was smooth and professional and I will definitely be coming back in the future and recommending this dealership to my friends. More
