My wife and I went into B&B about a month ago just looking, not really ready to buy. When we arrived we walked aroud the lot for a few minutes and Chris Bonhote came out and introduced himself to us. looking, not really ready to buy. We told him no, and he handed us his card and told us if we had any questions he would be right inside. Unheared of at any car dealer, new or used. Just let the customer walk around and look without shadowing them? We had a few questions for Chris and he answered them straight forward and to the point. We thanked him and left. On 3/22/12 we went out looking for a car for her. We went to 4 dealers around Scottsdale, Tempe and Mesa. We went back to Benz & Beemer and talked to Chris about a 350Z that they had. He told us it was getting detailed and he would have it brought up to the dealer. We were talking about the car and found out it was a coupe not a convertable. Chris asked if we would be interested in another make of car and we said sure. He showed us a 2000 Porsche Boxter, black convertable. It was actually cheaper than the 350Z and had less miles. My wife fell in love with the car and we took it out for a drive. We bought it and ALL the paper work was completed in less than an hour and we were on our way. We can not say enough about Chris and the dealership, Certified Benz & Beemer, all of the employees we polite and courteous to us. There was never any pressure to buy anything from them. Chris called us 2 days later just to make sure we were happy with the car and wanted to know if we had any questions. He reminded us that we had an appointment on Thursday to come in and have the windows tinted and the door edge guards but on. He told us come in anytime it is conveient for us. I told him that he is totally contradicting the used car salesman persona. Polite, not pushy and he was treating the customer like a friend not a conquest. We would refer all of our friends and family to Chris, at Certified Benz & Beemer. Customer service was excellent. We considered the price to be very fair and the car we purchased was in excellent condition. We also appreciated being offered the option of saving state sales tax since we to be very fair and the car we purchased was in excellent condition. I knew I wanted a BMW but had never looked or driven one so I really didn't know exactly what I wanted. Jeff gave my husband and I the space and time to look at everything, sit in everything and was close so I really didn't know exactly what I wanted. I needed to sleep on it so Jeff emailed all the details and photos of the car I was interested in. The next day he again was there without any pressure. Looking at all the cars, I got the feeling this dealer "cherry picks" it's inventory. Every car was immaculate and beautiful. We painlessly bought a car that second day and feel we paid a fair price for a quality car. I would definetly return to Benz and Beemer and will tell everyone about Jeff. Thank you Benz and Beemer. I had a very satisfying experience purchasing a vehicle at Benz and Beemer. Chris Bonhote was the salesman who handled the transaction. He was extremely helpful and knowledgable. Once I made the decision to purchase a vehicle, it took less than two hours to finalize all the paperwork and drive away. The lady who handled the paperwork was equally professional and personable as Chris. She, of course, offered to sell me other products, but when I declined to purchase any of these products, there was no pressure whatsoever to pursuade me otherwise. Subsequent to the sale, Chris has followed-up with me to insure my satisfaction. Finally, everyone I came into contact with;m the receptionist, other salespersons, a manager were all very friendly and most helpful. More

We spoke to Chris on the phone about the car and set up an appointment with him. This was important to us as we were driving 125 miles from Tucson to Scottsdale to see the car. The car was prepped and waiting for us in a covered bay when we arrived. Chris was ready for us and showed us the vehicle along with Kim. Both provided great information on the vehicle, and Kim escorted us on the test drive. Kim especially handled our unique sense of humor and remained positive as we negotiated the terms of the purchase. We were given a fair price for our trade-in and the staff was eager to please us. Normand and Tracy helped us finalize the transaction and we were impressed with how efficiently they closed the deal. We definitely felt is was worth the trip from Tucson to Phoenix to purchase our Cadillac, and we highly recommend the staff at Benz and Beemer when you are looking for a high quality luxury vehicle. Many people may actually feel car salesmen can be slightly aggressive to make a sale; like as if they are so determined to make it they will go to whatever length to do just that. I noticed a posting of a vehicle on the internet which led me directly to their Dealership. The vehicle was rare, so I knew I had to move quickly. The sales associate whom answered was Daniel Quintana. I told him, hold the vehicle, give me twenty minutes, I want the car. I live in Los Angeles area and with their location being Scottsdale, Az., I am sure he was inclined to think I was pulling his chain. He did just that though, he managed to keep the vehicle under weather for just the right amount of time for me to call him two hours later to say, "I will be inbound first thing in the morning with a check in hand to take the vehicle off their floor." Once I arrived, both Daniel and Lee were just great. They had the car dressed and ready to go, the paperwork set and ready to process, and carried conversations with me like as if we had known each other for years. It was a comfortable atmosphere; I didn't feel pressured nor did I feel consumed. They gave me space, advice, and worked out the right deal for me. I highly recommend this location to others. Their prices were amazing. I found many vehicles around that were priced reasonably and some priced unbelievably low for what I imagined a car of their magnitude would actually be priced at. Wow, what an amazing dealership. I had been looking for a top end car at an affordable price and i did get that. "750LI" what i also got was an amazing salesman and dealership to buy from. I had been in contact with danny a few months prior when I expressed interest in a car they had in inventory, although it was not quite the correct fit for me I could see that this was the place to watch. When I saw the 750 online I contacted Danny the next morning and expressed my interest. He started the process for me while we were talking on the phone, before I knew it the paperwork was done and all i had to do was come pick it up, as I work out of town it took a couple days for me to get to the dealership and take delivery. Upon arriving Danny was busy on another deal threw me the keys so i could get to know the new lady in my life. A 4.8 liter v8 test drive later a quick stop to sign with finance and i was done.
