Tom is the nicest car salesman you will ever meet! !! No pressure vibe - he made me feel super comfortable going to purchase a car solo as a woman... In this case the car sold itself as I knew what I wanted, but nonetheless he was awesome. Tom went above and beyond to address all my questions and concerns. We had a nice chat about BMWs and he even gave me a tour of all 3 floors of inventory, I was very impressed. He is so personable. I put him through the wringer with negotiations and he never broke his smile/cheerful nature. This is my second used BMW purchase at Certified Benz and Beemer and I don't trust any other dealership.
