Needed work on my '96 Mustang. Brought it to Certified Auto Mall in Howell on Saturday morning. Met with Dave. Explained what was wrong and what I thought it needed. Dave was THE best service manager I have ever dealt with in 35 years. Upfront and he explained everything in layman's terms. He said he would call me in a few hours with an estimate and what was needed. He did exactly what he promised. Called me that afternoon, took the time to explain everything he needed to do and when he could get it done. He kept his word on all counts!! I couldn't get back to the shop since he had my car. He had someone pick me up at home and drive me back to the shop!!! It turned out the guy that picked me up was the owner, Art!!!. Another good guy. Bottom line is the customer service was exceptional and I felt very good about the price (LOWER THAN THE ESTIMATE!!!) and the repairs. I am recommending Certified Auto Mall to all my friends and neighbors. More
