Not only that, but Oscar maintained excellent communication with us and even offered to deliver the vehicle to our home. We took some days to consider the purchase and when we asked him, the car had been sold. By the next day, he located an even better one for us and the price was perfect. The car is gorgeous! BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN BUYING A USED CAR. We purchased a 2020 Nissan Rogue from Eric (who was great). However, only one fab (key) worked. It took us weeks of chasing after the manager (Thomas We purchased a 2020 Nissan Rogue from Eric (who was great). However, only one fab (key) worked. It took us weeks of chasing after the manager (Thomas Castro), leaving several messages, until we finally got him on the phone to be told we had to fork out another $200 to reprogram the fab and that it wasn't their problem. I guess once the sale is done they can't be bothered with accountability. Accountability and character go a long way when buying a used car. Who knows what else will come up broken they won't want to deal with because it wasn't "certified". Very shady. More

Started out with the car doesn't have remote start but the ad says it does... No Then they took 2000$ of my trade in equity to pay the previous owner DMV fees. They decided to not put my trade in equity the ad says it does... No Then they took 2000$ of my trade in equity to pay the previous owner DMV fees. They decided to not put my trade in equity remainder as a down payment and my interest rate doubled. Also left the previous owner DMV fees off the contract and didn't even notify me of who the loan is through. Not customer satisfaction oriented at all. Lots of smiles and lies More

This dealership is shady. They change the term on us behind our back and basically commited fraud.
