I am happy I purchased my Altima at Cerritos Nissan. I am always contacted when my car is due for an oil change. They also call me after to see how my visit went. I was worried I was not going to be able to afford to have my tires rotated, it turned out I didn't need to because it came free with my gold membership. My Service Consultant, Dan Millhouse asked if I had any coupons to do that for me, but remembered that I was a gold member. During inspection, he called me and notified me regarding my brakes. I did forget about my brakes and procrastinated on them. He was able to fix my brakes and it didn't take all day either. I love bringing my car in every time because the even wash and vacuum your car free! Dan even got my license plate screwed on for me. I always get a run down of my cars diagnosis, and I feel safer to know what my car needs or has had done to it. I even got an email from Dan when I got home regarding my cars diagnosis. The staff always makes me feel like I live in a close knit community, they make me feel like family and that is why I decided to rate them on this site. AMAZING environment. The sales person Mitch was awesome. Friendly and put up with my life's story. Which I'm pretty sure bored him to death. I spoke to several sales personnel and they were all great. Another gentleman there was very nice too. I think his name was Richard--he seemed fun. I guess you can say he was like a very formal clown. He made everyone laugh. The finance guy Adolfo Simoni was awesome!! Great attitude overall and plan to take my mother to Cerritos for her next purchase. Thanks Everyone!!! Oh and there internet is Fantastic!!! Grace was very sweet on the phone. Sadly I never met her. I just wanted to say what a professional and friendly team member you have at Cerritos Nissan, named Dan Millhouse. Dan has always gone above and beyond to deliver superior customer service. Dan definitely should be recognized for everything that he does. I am 44 years old and I am a Manager at a local Bank so I know what great customer service is like. Dan exemplifies the customer service experience that I remember years ago when ever you walked into an establishment. He really takes pride and ownership in following up with your requests and is so happy and energetic to work with. Thank you Dan for helping me with the service on my vehicle. You are truly an asset to Nissan and the Cerritos Team. Keep up the great job. I truly think you should be in Management Dan. You have a great personality and seem like you are able to work well with just about anyone. I sure hope your manager and executive team keep this email. You deserve it. The sales staff was very courteous, professional and patient. They wanted to make sure that my son got the car that he really wanted and we did through their dedication and perseverance. I was not pressured and all of my questions were answered. Everything was above board and when I had choices to make regarding extras, everything was explained and my choices were honored without any pressure. I have purchased a new Nissan through this dealership a few years ago and I had a similar pleasant experience then, so I would say that this is a dealership focus. I have also had service done at this dealership before and I respect and trust the service department, too. Cerritos Nissan is a top-tier dealership in my opinion because they have a top-tier staff! Last March, 2011, we had a minor problem with the "service engine soon" light on our 2011 Nissan Versa. I called the Cerritos Nissan Service Department and scheduled an appointment to get it checked "service engine soon" light on our 2011 Nissan Versa. I called the Cerritos Nissan Service Department and scheduled an appointment to get it checked out. Mr. Jeff Nomura was the employee assigned to us to check out the problem we were having with our Versa. Mr. Nomura was very, very helpful to my husband and gave him a breakdown as to what the problem might be. Mr. Nomura then told my husband that our car would have to stay in the shop because a Nissan Engineer would need to come out and check the issue we were having with the "service engine soon" light. Mr. Nomura helped out my husband with a rental car and told him he would give us a call when our car was ready for pick-up. Two days later, Mr. Nomura called me at work to let me know that our car was ready. When I asked him what the problem was again, he was kind enough to tell me what the issue was in such a way that I could understand. Mr. Nomura was EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL and KNOWLEDGEABLE when he explained to me why the "service engine soon" light was on. In addition, he was sweet and very patient at answering all of my questions. The phone conversation was altogether pleasant! To add, in our phone conversation, I was very pleased to hear Mr. Nomura say that he really cares about his customers and works his best to ensure that they are 100% satisfied. And folks, this is true! Our overall experience with Mr. Jeff Nomura was outstanding! Our 7,000 mile service is coming up soon and we hope that Mr. Nomura will be available to assist us again. If Mr. Nomura isn't available on the day we schedule our appointment, we will schedule an appointment at a day and time that HE WILL be available.
