Dishonest We went in because we were preaproved through capital one. Capital one told us to go to the dealer and give them our aproval code. Not even close to what capital one had offered us. they said once things are actually input the numbers change blah blah blah. We bought the 2016 used car and a day or 2 afterward we checked our credit inquiries and a couple other things and it turns out that they never even ran our numbers through capital one. The next day we refinanced through Capital One for 5% lower apr than the dealer gave us!!! Not just that but the car was basically patched up to look nice. After the first car wash, all of the touch up paint they used to hide all of the MANY MANY scratches came off, car has over 10 highly noticeable chips or scratches. Since now the scratches are white or some black depending how deep it is on a red car, it's pretty noticeable. More

Without a SAFETY feature that comes in handy, I had called in and received the famous run around. Numerous service reps kept telling me repeatedly "We Are Not Familiar With This Car take the car to FORD". Wait...how did you inspect something you know nothing about? why would you sell something you know nothing about, and why are you trying to up sell me on a 4,000 dollar warranty, I had to argue with a rep to convince him to do the right thing and fix the car I just paid for. Well folks It all comes down to this, Buying a new car should be a fun experience and we the customers should not do business with idiots lacking customer service skills for the money we work so hard for. Protect your money from Nissan Cerritos DO NOT make a mistake and walk through those doors you'll regret it and that experience will be robbed from you, they cannot be trusted. Nissan is a well known name this location lacks integrity and casts a dark shadow over the name of Nissan."Truly Exceptional service is our goal anything less and Cerritos Nissan Has Failed" a quote from my invoice, well You've failed Cerritos Nissan and done it Exceptionally Well, don't expect anything less than that from this Dealership. I purchased a vehicle from them in 2009 and was put off by their overly aggressive sales tactics and shady practices. To add insult to injury, I have contacted the general manager, sales manager, office manager, and sales reps demanding to be removed from their call list and the calls have continued. I feel that this is on the cusp of harassment and I would encourage everyone not to do business with these people. I have never known of such an UNPROFESSIONAL company and to think they represent a national brand you would think they would know not to conduct themselves as timeshare telemarketers. More

The general sales manager DAVID SWAYEN and his partner Internet Sales Director Jeff Lesniak are very dishonest human beings. They refused to take my lease return at the last minute and drafted a phony waiver stating I would be responsible for disposition fee even though my lease was up and I was purchasing a second vehicle. DAVID SWAYEN went on to say he could not take in lease returns due to liability reasons... for example, what if a tree falls on top of it!? When asked to provide me with names of all involved he refused and HUNG UP on me. What a horrible representation of what customer service stands for. Such a dishonest, grumpy old man that needs to retire immediately! Don't waist your time at this dealership. Bait and switch at its finest! Nissan Corp has been notified and looking into the matter. Apparently this location is going through a makeover so we had to enter through a different location of dealership. I was given a purple laminated sign with my service advisor on it. 9:15 comes and I still don't get any type of acknowledgement from any service advisor. Picture this I'm on front of the line inside my car and all the other service advisors are walking past by me looking for there customer and cars behind me are passing me by. I asked one of the employees there if so and so is working today they said yes he is he must be backed up with the recalls I tell the guy is He a mechanic also?!?!by this time running out of patience. its 9:30 a.m. my appointment was at 9:15 I still get no acknowledgement 9:35 a.m. I'm trying to control myself from going crazy. At 9:40 I take out the laminated homemade sign with the service advisors name along with the plastic cover that covers the seats and I tell the next person that walks by my car here I don't need to service your service sucks very apologetic is the Young employee it was not his fault. How can someone not notice working knowledge or just ask have you been helped this that exist anymore is it too much to ask for? My oil change was a complimentary oil change I didn't even go back for that I rather pay 40 bucks somewhere and give good service I will never go back there not even to purchase a car More
