The general sales manager DAVID SWAYEN and his partner Internet Sales Director Jeff Lesniak are very dishonest human beings. They refused to take my lease return at the last minute and drafted a phony waiver stating I would be responsible for disposition fee even though my lease was up and I was purchasing a second vehicle. DAVID SWAYEN went on to say he could not take in lease returns due to liability reasons... for example, what if a tree falls on top of it!? When asked to provide me with names of all involved he refused and HUNG UP on me. What a horrible representation of what customer service stands for. Such a dishonest, grumpy old man that needs to retire immediately! Don't waist your time at this dealership. Bait and switch at its finest! Nissan Corp has been notified and looking into the matter. 35 minutes of nothing! I make an appointment for my first oil change for a Nissan Altima that I purchased at this location. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. Apparently this location is going through a makeover so we had to enter through a different location of dealership. I was given a purple laminated sign with my service advisor on it. 9:15 comes and I still don't get any type of acknowledgement from any service advisor. Picture this I'm on front of the line inside my car and all the other service advisors are walking past by me looking for there customer and cars behind me are passing me by. I asked one of the employees there if so and so is working today they said yes he is he must be backed up with the recalls I tell the guy is He a mechanic also?!?!by this time running out of patience. its 9:30 a.m. my appointment was at 9:15 I still get no acknowledgement 9:35 a.m. I'm trying to control myself from going crazy. At 9:40 I take out the laminated homemade sign with the service advisors name along with the plastic cover that covers the seats and I tell the next person that walks by my car here I don't need to service your service sucks very apologetic is the Young employee it was not his fault. How can someone not notice working knowledge or just ask have you been helped this that exist anymore is it too much to ask for? My oil change was a complimentary oil change I didn't even go back for that I rather pay 40 bucks somewhere and give good service I will never go back there not even to purchase a car More

Scary that there is no control over very important information of personal nature from a big dealership like Nissan. In addition, post the mess, the Delaership management can only defend itself stating that none of the service managers were not courteous. What about the time wasted ? what about no control of the data ? what do we know what appointment communicaiton is valid and what is not ? Do we call in to check up on every communication from Nissan ? Do we track mileage and oil changes and brake pad changes, etc ....... to keep the car up and running ? Lost on the reliability of my transportation ........... More
Awesome purchase of new Altima I was completely satisfied with my purchase of a new Altima on Saturday August 8th at Cerritos Nissan. The salesperson Ken Yates was absolutely prof I was completely satisfied with my purchase of a new Altima on Saturday August 8th at Cerritos Nissan. The salesperson Ken Yates was absolutely professional, and personable, and covered all the details. I would buy a car from Ken any time, and send refferals in to see him as well. The management made the deal a pleasure as well. I own a commercial truck dealership, and know the business very well, and I had an excellent experience purchasing the Altima from Cerritos Nissan, and especially Ken. My wife and I already own a '2003 Altima, and the new one is still the best vehicle Nissan makes. Thanks again everybody. Gary Leming More

Then David Swayne, the general sales manager is a down to earth guy, very personable and charismatic, then there is Miguel the finance mananger who also was very helpful. No hassles, we were in and out with the car we wanted (2015 Nissan Sentra SV) and a very good price. I recommend this dealership in all of Southern California. Trying to buy a Frontier I emailed in photo/s VIN# and info on a free & clear 2015 Tacoma we bought, "I" don't like automatics. I found this dealer had a 2015 Frontier with a 6 speed manual in my fav. color. After a few emails they said they couldn't value the trade for the Tacoma. So I posted the Tacoma for sale on Craigslist. I had it sold in less than 12 hours! I then email, text & called to say I sold the Tacoma and was a CASH buyer! NO return emails, calls or text! I even called the GM to ask if I could buy? What a waste of time! Van Tuyl Group should look at the Sales Management from this dealership! Regards, More
