Dishonest We went in because we were preaproved through capital one. Capital one told us to go to the dealer and give them our aproval code. The sales people ca We went in because we were preaproved through capital one. Capital one told us to go to the dealer and give them our aproval code. The sales people came back with horrible offers. Not even close to what capital one had offered us. they said once things are actually input the numbers change blah blah blah. We bought the 2016 used car and a day or 2 afterward we checked our credit inquiries and a couple other things and it turns out that they never even ran our numbers through capital one. The next day we refinanced through Capital One for 5% lower apr than the dealer gave us!!! Not just that but the car was basically patched up to look nice. After the first car wash, all of the touch up paint they used to hide all of the MANY MANY scratches came off, car has over 10 highly noticeable chips or scratches. Since now the scratches are white or some black depending how deep it is on a red car, it's pretty noticeable. More

Without a SAFETY feature that comes in handy, I had called in and received the famous run around. Numerous service reps kept telling me repeatedly "We Are Not Familiar With This Car take the car to FORD". Wait...how did you inspect something you know nothing about? why would you sell something you know nothing about, and why are you trying to up sell me on a 4,000 dollar warranty, I had to argue with a rep to convince him to do the right thing and fix the car I just paid for. Well folks It all comes down to this, Buying a new car should be a fun experience and we the customers should not do business with idiots lacking customer service skills for the money we work so hard for. Protect your money from Nissan Cerritos DO NOT make a mistake and walk through those doors you'll regret it and that experience will be robbed from you, they cannot be trusted. Nissan is a well known name this location lacks integrity and casts a dark shadow over the name of Nissan."Truly Exceptional service is our goal anything less and Cerritos Nissan Has Failed" a quote from my invoice, well You've failed Cerritos Nissan and done it Exceptionally Well, don't expect anything less than that from this Dealership. I purchased a vehicle from them in 2009 and wa Just filed a complaint with BBB for harassing sales calls which have continued over the past 2-3 years. I purchased a vehicle from them in 2009 and was put off by their overly aggressive sales tactics and shady practices. To add insult to injury, I have contacted the general manager, sales manager, office manager, and sales reps demanding to be removed from their call list and the calls have continued. I feel that this is on the cusp of harassment and I would encourage everyone not to do business with these people. I have never known of such an UNPROFESSIONAL company and to think they represent a national brand you would think they would know not to conduct themselves as timeshare telemarketers. More
