I let her know that I was looking for a Platinum Pathfinder and ended up making an offer on a blue one. She stated she would call me back with a counter offer. About half an hour later I received a call from someone named Octavio and he stated he would make sure Christina would have a price on the vehicle I wanted. Then I received a call from someone named M.D. who apparently is a manager. We had a little back and forth and arrived to a compromise on a price of $47,000 out the door. I had mentioned to Christina I was paying cash and also mentioned it to M.D. as I mentioned I was going to sell some stocks to put the money together for the purchase. He even asked me what stocks I was selling and we briefly discussed my decision. He even mentioned I would owe him lunch and dinner for the deal he was making me. I said “don’t disappoint me because I have an over two hour drive to see you.” I said multiple times $47,000.00 out the door and he acknowledged each time. There was a lot of traffic heading to Cerritos from Ventura County and I kept Octavio updated because I was going to arrive late. I arrived to the dealership and they had the vehicle ready. I did the test drive and agreed to move ahead. Then Octavio brought a colleague which I thought was strange since the deal was already made. He proceeded to tell me that they couldn’t sell the car at $47,000.00 out the door. He said there was no discussion about me paying cash but I had the option of financing or paying more than the agreed upon price. I was disappointed by the lack of integrity. They made me drive over two hours each way only to try to squeeze more money after we had already made a deal. Now I’m sure they will respond to this email and state something to effect of, “we’re sorry you feel this way. There must have been a misunderstanding.” Let me make it abundantly clear. There was no misunderstanding. I made an offer on a cash deal, and they accepted it. Perhaps they thought I would pay more since I was already there and had clearly driven a long distance. But I went back home without purchasing their car. Buyer beware of the ole Bait and Switch. From my personal experience, it’s clearly a practice at Cerritos Nissan. More

Review for Cerritos Nissan Service Center ( long overdue) I am extremely disappointed and heartbroken by my experience at Cerritos Nissan, particularly with Timothy in the service department. Fro overdue) I am extremely disappointed and heartbroken by my experience at Cerritos Nissan, particularly with Timothy in the service department. From the very beginning, Tim was dishonest and misleading about the payment options for my service fees. He assured me I could use Sunbit to pay off the balance in manageable monthly payments and claimed “most people qualify.” I was skeptical and asked to speak to the manager for clarification. While the manager did knock off $150 from the tax from my service bill, he failed to provide transparency about Sunbit as well. Tim failed to mention that Sunbit operates as a one-time balloon payment system for using their service. Tim misled me into believing I could pay Sunbit off using a credit card with a lower percentage rate, which is entirely untrue. I later found out they only accept payment through debit or checking accounts. Additionally, Tim did not inform me of the service charges Sunbit would impose. My account was debited $460 without any prior explanation or confirmation, leaving me shocked and upset. The lack of communication throughout the entire process was appalling. My car was at the dealership for almost a month, and I received only one phone call from Tim during that time. Despite repeated attempts to contact him, he was unresponsive, forcing me to escalate to the manager just to get updates on my vehicle. Tim’s demeanor was unprofessional and condescending. He made dismissive comments about the recurring issue with my car, which I had brought to Infiniti dealerships over the years. Instead of addressing my concerns, he acted as though I was clueless and treated me with a nonchalant attitude. His behavior made an already frustrating experience even worse. The manager was equally unhelpful. Despite acknowledging that the recurring issue was noted in the system from prior visits, he offered no meaningful assistance. Both Tim and the manager lacked transparency, empathy, and professionalism. I have been a loyal customer, taking my car to the dealer since I bought it in 2016, but this experience has completely shattered my trust. I now regret ever taking my car to Cerritos Nissan. I would rather go to an independent mechanic than deal with the dishonesty and lack of care I experienced here. To anyone considering Cerritos Nissan for service: save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. Their lack of transparency, poor communication, and overall attitude toward customers are unacceptable. Felicia H. More
Glad Keenen answered the phone when I called. I could tell right away he would be relatable and I was right. Took my uncle with me and he felt the same. Keenen directed us to the certified cars, I could tell right away he would be relatable and I was right. Took my uncle with me and he felt the same. Keenen directed us to the certified cars, didn't try to oversell us and made sure we got the best deal for my now new car! Even got to unexpectedly take it home same day! More
