One of the best dodge dealerships, if not the best, in socal I initially thought to bring my Dodge Charger in for service at this dealership, based on reviews, and I'm glad I did. Danny in the service department I initially thought to bring my Dodge Charger in for service at this dealership, based on reviews, and I'm glad I did. Danny in the service department got me sorted, answered all my questions, and most importantly, was very friendly and helpful. Although, the service of the vehicle did take longer than expected, a few hours to be exact, they have a first come, first serve system in place. Meaning you can probably get ahead of the pack by lining up earlier then the service department opens, which they allow, which I'm told is the norm. In addition, they have extra amenities to make your wait more relaxing. Such as adequate seating area's to either watch tv, utilize the free wi-fi offered, and charge any of your devices. Also, there's a shuttle system that takes you to the local mall, while you wait for your vehicle to be serviced, or your loved one's to make a decision. All in all, besides the wait I mentioned, this dealership has things in order and I can definitely see myself returning for another visit. Then again, this is just my experience and the impressions I got from it. P.s. 4 stars for the wait.. More

Took my husbands car in for service on his Charger. We knew there was an issue with the starter so that was our primary concern. We receive a call from Donald Moreno saying that we needed $1000.00 worth o knew there was an issue with the starter so that was our primary concern. We receive a call from Donald Moreno saying that we needed $1000.00 worth of service performed. We decided to not authorize service and took the car to our own mechanic, who we have been going to for 30 years. We provide mechanic with Dodge's recommendations. In the end all we needed was an $18 starter relay replaced. The service department is totally crooked. More
