I am submitting this review to compliment the staff in each process of my car buying experience at Cerritos Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram dealership. From the moment I stepped on the lot I was greeted with each process of my car buying experience at Cerritos Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram dealership. From the moment I stepped on the lot I was greeted with friendliness and respect. Derek Langkamp was very helpful in showing me each car I inquired, to the model I choose to purchase; from that point he guided me through the nuances of the 2014 Dodge Avenger, in ownership, working out a price with his manager Robert, accompanying me to financing, and to the setup of the car for my personnel driving needs (including hands free driving), and finally driving my new purchase off the Cerritos lot home. It was a pleasure working with Cerritos Dodge, their staff and Derek Langkamp. More

I dealt with James "JC" Smith in the internet department. The dealership did not have the color in the model and trim combination that my wife wanted in stock, but JC said if we could budge on th department. The dealership did not have the color in the model and trim combination that my wife wanted in stock, but JC said if we could budge on the color he'd make a sweet deal happen. Well, he is a man of his word and was able to get an awesome deal approved on a Town and Country. Too good a deal in my opinion. He was straight to the point with no high pressure tactics. Hopefully he is there in two years when I'm ready for my Ram truck. Financing did take long, but we were done altogether in three hours. More

I found a car on THE WEBSITE with one price, I talked to them they said YES this is the car this is price when I went their they said No this car that on the picture is not that price. The car on the website matches exactly to the car on the lot, But they use that as a gimick to bring you in then they say this car is more expensive . WROST DEALER EVER , THEY ARE LIARS & DECEITFUL More
