I bought a lemon from Cerritos Dodge! Horrible Service! After the sale of my new Dodge I have taken it in for service several times for the same repair they can not fix! Even after dealing With Dodge Corpo After the sale of my new Dodge I have taken it in for service several times for the same repair they can not fix! Even after dealing With Dodge Corporate they could not get anyone from this location to call them back! I now have a lawsuit because the car I purchased is a lemon. I'm sure it could have been avoided if the people would have given better service! This location has a high turnover of employees including managers. Noone calls you back! Stay away from this location!!! More

Military Friendly As a new Airman of the Air Force I needed a new car to drive to my first duty station. As soon as I got their I met Trent a former Marine. Everyone was very friendly but Trent went above and beyond what I felt was necessary and that's what I call great customer service. When the price was close to acceptable for me I made an appointment to show them I was serious and to show them my trade in, a 2006, 2500 RAM. We haggled a few minutes over the price of the new RAM and the trade in value of my 2006 (you have to expect this at any auto dealership) but when they came with in $500.00 of what I was willing to pay for my " OUT THE DOOR PRICE" we made the deal. Now I don't really care for SALES MEN / WOMEN as most of them have a type A personality and are usually pushy, but I did not have that feeling or experience here, there was no pressure, they were very polite and I felt no pressure. I arrived there at 12:05 PM and drove out at 4:15 in my new RAM Fortunately I was in a position where my trade in was paid for and I was able to cash out the balance, but I did notice as the sales with other customers were going on that were treated the same way I was, with dignity and respect.
