The "manager" litterly told us you are not getting the payment you want didn't even bother to work with us and "walked us out". Don't waste you're time coming here, take you're business somewhere else where they will appreciate it! More

Customer Service at It's Best Where do I begin? After crashing my van I was in need of a car. After doing much online research and visiting many dealers from different manufacturer Where do I begin? After crashing my van I was in need of a car. After doing much online research and visiting many dealers from different manufacturers I decided to keep going back to Cerritos Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep. I have to say that from the first time I went I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to talk to Tony S. He was pleasant and informative. I had gone to a few other dealers and their sales people were either rude, uninformed or just plain fake. The people I spoke to at Cerritos Jeep were non assuming and very well mannered. I went back a few times because my numbers did not look the way I wanted them to but Trent, Tool and Robert were Willing to fight for me and got me a great deal that was both fair and realistic. I also want to thank JC and Manny (Turbo) for their time and attention. Turbo was able/willing to let me test drive the models I was interested in and the whole time talking it felt like I was talking to a friend. No pressure about the sale. That to me and the way the other staff treated us is the exact reason I went back to Cerritos Jeep. I drove away in my new 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport (aka my dream car) and I feel good about my purchase. They honored my memberships and Affiliation's and helped me pick the best option for me. And that's that I'm an internet savvy researcher when it comes to anything I'm obsessing over. Financing was a breeze and the Gentleman was not pushy at all. I highly recommend this dealer and the great service they provide. Do your homework but these guys have options to help.
