Don't trust Robert Kersh, James Smith, or Thaddeus Hillard (Mr Thadd). They will look you in the eyes and tell you they are being honest with you, lie straight to your face. If you try to ask them basic math questions they will try to explain why 1+1 doesn't equal 2. I was told they were giving top dollar for my trade in. Told I would not get a better offer anywhere else, another dealer gave me 3k more than they offered. I was told a 6.6% apr was all I would qualify for, another dealer qualified me for 2.5%. I have excelent credit, which they even made me aware of after running my report. They tried to take me for a fool, don't be fooled! I wrote the attached email to James and Mr Thadd and CC'd the general manager Jack Ameen and vice presisent Matt Browning...No reply. 'James and Thadd, I wanted to let you guys know I made a purchase with a different dealer after I was forced to leave your location due to the asinine terms you left me with. The dealer was extremely helpful and able to provide the pricing and terms I asked you for. You had me at $477 for 84 months but I was able to purchase the same car including additional options for $459 over 72 months with zero down using only the trade in I brought in when me met. I will be expressing my experience on yelp and other social media outlets and have CC'd your general manager and vice president, I'm sure they wont care about me but loosing out on sales due to poor customer service when new car sales are declining is something I can not imagine them to be happy about. After buying my last car from Cerritos I really wanted to be loyal to you but now I'm going to try make sure no one else has to experience the same frustrating ordeal I had to undergo.
