Price negotiation was smooth and reasonable (no pressure whatsoever); Nick (finance manager) got my paperwork squared away in just under 25 minutes, and I was on the road in my brand new 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan by 12:47pm (I arrived at 11:35am).
