I had had a horrible experience trying to buy a Jeep from another, more local to me, dealer, and after 4 very disappointing visits to the first dealer, I gave up and spoke on the phone with J.C. Smith, Director of Internet Sales, who promised me it would be worth my while to drive 2 hours in Friday rush-hour traffic from Woodland Hills to Cerritos. J.C. stuck to his word, followed through with very friendly, straightforward, and honest customer service, and I drove happily home in my cute new Jeep Renegade LTD that same evening. No games, no back and forth haggling - what a relief! Not only was J.C. wonderful - Jose Escobedo, the Sales and Leasing Consultant who patiently reviewed all of the features of the vehicle with me and who worked with J.C. on the deal, was also a true pleasure to work with. Don't let his baby face fool you - Jose knows his stuff and has great customer service skills.
