What's so cool is the fact all the sales people staff and service staff treat us like gold. We (my family) live in Tehachapi Ca and we make the three hour drive because their staff is very personable. My son is very knowledgable about car financing and vehicle pricing. We first went to Haddad Doge in Bakersfield to purchase a new challenger but they denied us. Come to find out my son knew more about their cars then the General Sales Manager. As he politly turned us down and told us to go elsewhere. And that my friends was the best thing that has ever happened to my family. We went to Cerritos Dodge and they absolutly enjoyed my sopn's knowledge and immediatly sold him his first Challenger. A year later he bought a Charger RT, a year after that he bought a dodge Challenger scat Pak. Shortly thereafter my wife developed sever back problems and could no longer climb into the new Toyota Tundra I bought her. My son did some research and found out the Dodge Ram Limitrd had air suspension so what did we do? We went to Cerritos Doge of course. We found a new Ram Limited that was perfect for my wife as we can lower the truck for ease of entry and ease of climbing out. As of right now we just special ordered a 2018 Tungsten edition Ram truck. My wife insisted on the Delmonico Red Pearl with air suspension. She is so excited and is anxiously awaiting for the truck to be built and delivered to Cerritos Doge. Both Sales Financing and the guys in the bowl have been instrumental in our purchases. Bad Customer Service Post Purchase I purchased a used car from the dealer, two days later that car began to break down. I called the service department to schedule a service appointment I purchased a used car from the dealer, two days later that car began to break down. I called the service department to schedule a service appointment and was refused service "because it was a recently purched vehicle" and because the vehicle they sold me was not "a vehicle type they serviced". I paid extra for an extended warrernty they refused to honor, they keep telling me an advisor will call me and almost a week later I'm stuck with a car that's breaking down and they are yet to call me back. Worst experience at a dealer ever, if buying use go to car max. More
