I would prefer my families and friends to come here next time. However, the only thing that I would concer is the car service like change oil anything that need to be done. As normally when we buy a new car we should have a least one year of free service for it. More

Car good, after purchase assistance poor Buying car was good, car is great. Assistance less than 48 hours after purchase was poor quality and shows the dealer doesn't care about purchaser aft Buying car was good, car is great. Assistance less than 48 hours after purchase was poor quality and shows the dealer doesn't care about purchaser after car is out of the door. Asked to be helped with nail in tire, was promised price would be lowered/worked with and was not, had to pay full retail b/c roadside hazard is not covered less than 48 hours after purchase. Received car at night and could not know if nail was in it already or not. Bad all around customer service after car is out the door, dealer does not look out for buyers and I will not refer this dealer to anyone for that reason. More

Everyone I interacted with at Cerritos, even in passing, was friendly. I felt welcome, valued, and respected as a customer. My particular situation was challenging, but they worked hard to get me to the payment I needed. A terrific, above-board family-owned dealership, which is rare anymore in car sales.
