This dealership has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am an active duty service member and was on deployment a week from coming home, and was talking with the sales associate Matia wh ever experienced. I am an active duty service member and was on deployment a week from coming home, and was talking with the sales associate Matia who told me that there were no pending sales or offers on the BMW I wanted. So I told him I wanted to pay in cash via wire transfer that day and I would pick up the car the following saturday when I arrived back in the States. He said the only way they would hold the car is if I financed it through them so he would make a commission on the sale. even though I did not want to finance or run my credit because I offered to pay in full I had them finance the car just so they could hold it for a week while I was coming home from deployment. I received a message from Matia stating good news! you been approved and sent me the banking information to wire them the deposit for the car. Later that night he sent me a message saying do not wire the money yet, there is a deal pending and then they sold they car right from under me after forcing me to finance when I didnt want to and asked me to wire them a depoist. They are very untrustworthy and dont care about their customers or United States Servicemembers. More

why used car salespeople deserve the reputation they have I found the car I wanted on dealer website and called ahead to ensure car was available and let them know when I would be there in about an hour to te I found the car I wanted on dealer website and called ahead to ensure car was available and let them know when I would be there in about an hour to test drive it. Shahin, the salesperson assured me it would be there for me, pulled up and waiting for a test drive, knowing I was pressed for time. Instead, when I got there I was told some story about the car being in such demand that he had to hide it from the other salespeople so it would be available for me and that the car was down the street and his assistant would bring it around. After waiting 10 minutes he told me I would be driven to the lot where the car was kept, but that that was a good thing because I could experience driving it back on the freeway. It was a 13 mile drive to the lot where the car was parked and 13 miles back to the dealership! This was the most outrageous experience I've ever encountered at a dealership. Shahin's lies, arrogance and utter lack of concern or interest were appalling. More
